The grounds were beautifully manicured ,the poo clean and were able to use it, the rooms were decorated simply, and were spacious, with a view if the grounds. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was close to the major towns such as Assisi , perugia, spello and spoleto. Very relaxing place to stay and unwind. Would recommend anyone to stay here. You wont be disappointed.

Loved it all. If they would have had lunch or coffee accessible, it would have been even better, but still doesn't take away from the place at all. That would not deter me from staying here again. We brought back some food which we were able to eat at the grounds so that worked out well. Dinner isn't served here but the staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants near by , which were very good.

Everything was amazing. It is close to the historic city of Assisi. The breakfast was really good, many homemade items, and the staff is super friendly.

The period of time we went, mid February, we couldn't take advantage of all the resort has to offer. I would recommend going around May. I bet it will be a perfect time.

The property was very well located, we were able to visit a lot of towns around Umbria because the hotel is very central. The staff was incredibly nice, the pool adds a lot of value to the property and we really liked the breakfast they offer

Everything was good. We would suggest to have filtered fresh water in the lobby at all times.

Wonderful family who was very welcoming. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful romantic rose garden. Excellent location with an amazing view of Assisi.

Our only concern was the comfort of the rooms - the bed mattresses were a little firm and the sheets were not very cozy. We also had a hard time controlling the air temperature to get it to cool down.

Beautiful gardens, super breakfast, great staff. Just a short drive from Perugia airport but seems like a different world.

The bed was too hard for our liking. And there was a mix up with the keys we were supposed to be able to collect for our late check in. But thankfully it all got resolved and the owner was very apologetic.

An absolute oasis not far from beautiful Assisi The garden is amazing and so lovely to wander through after a busy day The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom Best shower of our 5 week trip !! Andrea was a superb host and cooked a typical Tuscan meal for guests one night we were there It was amazing !!

This is a spectacular Agriturismo that is owned and run by a most wonderful family. Andrea, his Mother and Father are simply the most accommodating hosts ever! Beautiful clean rooms and an amazing garden, terrace landscape imaginable! Loved everything about the property.

Honestly this is a wonderful place. I came here with a group of friends after my wedding and we loved it. It's already the second time I book Il Fienile and we will go back anytime we are in Assisi. The family that owns the agriturismo is kind and wonderful, the pool is fantastic and the garden is so pretty. If you have any doubts, go ahead and book it. Breakfast is served fresh every morning :)

Very friendly hosts, beautiful garden and home baked cakes for breakfast (beside normal breakfast food). The location is 10min by car to Assisi, in the plains, surrounded by fields. Great view on Assisi from the pool.
