The comms were excellent, we got into the hotel without any issues with the instructions given post reception opening times. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was comfy, and there was enough room for our luggage etc. The bathroom was clean and the water presure decent. Parking on the street, I can imagine it can get tricky to find a spot, but we were lucky.

Ehm, we got a room with a view into the meat factory yard across the road.

Very nice lady who checked us in and advised us of restaurants nearby. The Booking. Com description says that the hotel has a restaurant. It does not. No evening meal was available ,it serves breakfast and light lunches. The breakfast was good, but when we asked for more tomatoes, as only 2 slices were available we were told it was not possible. What cafe does not have a tomato in its fridge!! served from 7.00 till 10.30. All in all this was a good place to stop off at and very good value.

The waiter on duty in the morning could have been more helpful

We chose to stay here for it's proximity to the Cartama Oval cricket ground, which was a reasonable taxi ride away. There were bars and restaurants very close.

It was on a busy road, and the outlook onto the meat processing factory wasn't ideal, but the sound proofing was adequate. Unfortunately, we didn't get the room we thought we'd booked - a suite. The receptionist said they didn't have one as detailed in the Booking.com information, so this was not satisfactory, and should be corrected.

Hotel was good and breakfast was great.

The hotel is across from a pig slaughter house. The room we stayed in windows face the slaughter house. We heard screaming pigs being killed. Even saw blood from killing them from the window. Plus the area smelled bad too. No break from hearing the killing. Truck after truck. My girlfriend and I had trouble trying to sleep. We even tried to put something in our ears. It was horrible.

I was really impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The location was fantastic, with great bars just a short walk away. I also appreciated the convenience of having parking available right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety.

Comfy, quiet and clean. Very nice staff.

Obviously, the location opposite a dreadful pork factory ain't great. But cheap cafes and restaurants nearby, ample safe parking, a bus stop outside, and a short walk to the railway station compensate

Better range for breakfast. No fruit like grapefruit and stuff for your yougurt

It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful Good value for money.

No tea and coffee in rooms and would have liked more variety of fruit for breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean. And we enjoyed the breakfast too.

The shower was a bit small for us, but we are tall people.

We stayed for one night in this central hotel in Cartama. Everything was clean, the bathroom was equipped, the street parking was convenient and the quality/price was very good. The breakfast buffet with good coffee was great. We will definitely be back next time.
