The hotel is clean with loads of facilities, spa, pool, hairdresser. Two bus stops, to bring you to the centre terremolinos malaga etc other to cable car, colomares Castle region, beautiful village called Arroyo where cablecar is I'd recommend a visit. Plenty of sun loungers, poolside toilets are unisex over far side but cleaned very regularly. Adults only pool toilet each and bigger, but I found this area could get windy, so we stayed up at the top pool where music was lively and the entertainment team hosted aqua gym, etc. The breakfast and lunch selection is fantastic , we didn't have dinner as we weren't all inclusive. Spa and hairdresser are fab but book in advance.

The hotel is a 40-minute walk to the marina so it is far out but the bus is every 15 minutes and very cheap. The cleaners keep taking the drinking glasses and don't replace them, so we just hid them in our cupboard so we could use for water. You need to pay 50c for coffee sachet, so we bought our own it's cheaper. The information you need about hotel is on the TV like reception phone numbers, opening hours etc so every time you turn on TV, the ad for the hotel pop-up and is really loud! Pillows really soft so ask for extra.

The food was fantastic, and vary varied throughout our stay. The pool area was busy but not full - we always got a good seat, but it didn't feel empty. Staff were very helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations. We don't have children, but would be fantastic for young families.

Nighttime was a bit "quiet", but I think this was due to the overrall demographics (older guests and young families). We weren't expecting any club nights or busy bars, so this wasn't an issue.

The location is super great, beautiful view from balcony to the water, nice ocean breeze, sunset and sunrise. I recommend to book room with sea view. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around, supermarket in 7 minutes walking, parking. Breakfast was served very well and rich.

Hotel is not super new, its 7 out of 10. Also, it was very weird that people were running early morning to put their towels to sunbeds “kinda reserved “, and never came back. This makes no sense, I think hotel staff shall look into this matter.

I loved absolutely everything! The facilities, location, staff and entertainment were all absolutely brilliant!!

It could not have been better! I will definitely be recommending it to friends and will be looking to return very soon

Hotel was very clean and all the staff were polite and friendly, the room was very spacious and the view was superb. We could not fault the hotel in anyway and would not hesitate to book again.

My room was in the first floor 0105 overlooking rooftops and overlooking multiple air conditioning units which were very noisy .. I had to go to reception to query wifi which had not been activated .. I asked about very poor view and was told it was because I booked through Booking.com … so my take from that is that they only give the poor rooms to Booking.com customers .. so much for your Genius program

The apartment was very spacious and perfect. Seaview was amazing. The bathroom was large and had everything you needed. The bed was okay (could have been more comfortable) but was large and the room was clean with plenty of storage. Meals had great variety of fresh food.

The bed could have been more comfortable. I would have liked an information pack for travellers - local map, bus timetable and routes, interesting places to visit, local sites etc. Would have liked fresh orange machine with juice as required available in the canteen, especially in the morning. The orange juice from dispenser was not pure orange. Also, didn't like residents refilling their water bottles from cold water dispenser available for drinks in the canteen. Risk of spreading infections using their own used bottles in contact with the water machine. Should be a sign prohibiting this.

The food was amazing. Amazing so many choices and very high quality. We absolutely loved it. Also so many facilities indoor pool and sauna’s and jacuzzi. The fitness was really amazing and was 24/7 open. We absolutely loved it……we are very much in to fitness…… The tennis court was also amazing. And the hotel was super close to the beach we could easily walk there…… Also it was amazing how they seperate the outdoor pool area. Toddlers pool…. Family pool area….. and adult only pool areas where it’s nice and quiet…. Everything was just marvelous splendidly above our expectations….. we will definitely come back…..

All the amazing facilities

I honestly couldn’t fault anything at all. It was brilliant from start to finish. The food choice for every meal was amazing.

Lovely large hotel on a busy strip in the South of Spain. Absolutely loved the separation from the childrens/families areas, this has granted us a calm and quiet environment which was much appreciated. The hotel is big enough to get lost in but everyone working there was always incredibly polite and helpful. We only had breakfast but wished we booked all inclusive simply because it's just easier and simpler. We paid €19.00 per person per lunch or dinner which was still worth it compared to eating in town. Booking the taxi to the airport was cheaper (only took cash, €29.00 to Málaga airport) than taking one of the taxis from the rank. The facilities were clean and well kempt, the food fresh and lovely (even though we are a little picky!) and altogether we had a fantastic holiday.

There were only two bits that we found slightly odd, one of them was the cleaners loudly cleaning from 8:00 in the morning in the neighboring rooms and once we saw one cleaner exit our room despite having the Do Not Disturb card hanging from the door. The other one is perhaps slightly more personal but I had a terrible neck ache from the first night I slept there. The stiffness disappeared as soon as I returned home so it could be a combination of the hard beds and low/soft pillows.
