⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was beautifully prepared, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service throughout our visit was outstanding. We also loved the little details that made our celebration unique—it felt personalized and heartfelt. This hotel is the perfect place for a special occasion, and we couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Love the centrality to our family, shopping, restaurants, downtown Quebec City and St Anne de Beaupre Basilica. Comfortable rooms. Restaurant is very good too.

Many issues with room cards, both in the elevator and trying to open our rooms. The toilet is VERY low. Our refrigerator was moderately cold, but the other family members room froze their water bottles in their freezer. TV has VERY few english options, or movie options.

The hotel was very clean and modern, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location made it easy to get around Quebec City. Free parking was a huge bonus and very convenient.

The fitness center could use a few more equipment options, and the restaurant menu was somewhat limited.

This hotel is relatively new. Location is good, room is clean and tidy, staff are friendly. They offer a free shuttle to the Old town. Price matches service. It must be a go-to hotel when you stay in Quebec.

Daily room clean service was not delivered but we didn't follow up either. This could be fixed when you tell the front desk.

The front Staff at Night was not professional and he was not willing to Welcome us as guest in hotels. He looked really tired and was confusing us as well. The rooms are good and overall hotel is good. It is 8 minutes outside the city and easy access to highways.

I was extremely disappointed of the service at the restaurant inside the hotel (Starbucks) One of the servers (a lady) was very arrogant and wanted to force me to pay a tip which is normally at my own discretion. She wanted as well to make me believe that if I don't pay the tip the restaurant would be paying tax for tips even if customers don't pay which I found non sensible at all. the next day when I wanted to go to take my breakfast with my family she refused to serve me because I didn't give a tip the day before. I was very upset and expressed my disappointment to the reception when checked out. I think that this kind of rude, unprofessional staff should not have a place in such hotels as they are making customers ran away and don't come back again which will be my case.

Nicest hotel we stayed during our trip. Staff was very nice and the room was very comfortable and quiet.

We booked this place, thinking it had a shuttle to the city (based on reviews), but was informed when we got there that they only offer this service during the summer. If you are visiting before mid-June, keep this in mind. While the hotel was excellent, we would likely have looked for something closer, had we known this.

Clean and quiet rooms.

When I was checking in, the staff told me that the room was DOUBLE-BOOKED and that I might have to switch to another room after the first night. Finally, I didn't have to change my room but just having that thought in the back of my mind all day was stressful enough... The funny thing is they told me that they'd let us know by the next morning but I got no calls, texts, etc. When I went down to reception the next morning myself, the staff (morning shift) was NOT aware of this situation and I had to explain everything from the beginning. So incompetent!

Stayed 5 nights and had room cleaning twice. The number of cleaning times worked perfectly. However our bed sheets were never changed, which I am not sure if that is normal or not! First time they had cleaned the room and bathrooms and made the beds, so we really noticed the change when we came back to the room- but the second time only our towels had changed, but no other cleaning was done.

The hotel is really clean, the room is quiet, and the heated pool is very nice. Free parking is a bonus. Good location, not far from city attractions, with lots of reasonably priced restaurants and malls nearby.

The half shower door makes it a bit tricky to shower properly, and it would be better if breakfast was included. Overall, nothing too special to complain about
