Love the centrality to our family, shopping, restaurants, downtown Quebec City and St Anne de Beaupre Basilica. Comfortable rooms. Restaurant is very good too.

Many issues with room cards, both in the elevator and trying to open our rooms. The toilet is VERY low. Our refrigerator was moderately cold, but the other family members room froze their water bottles in their freezer. TV has VERY few english options, or movie options.

The hotel service was very good and Hotel staff were professional. very clean place and kids liked the swimming pool inside the hotel

I was extremely disappointed of the service at the restaurant inside the hotel (Starbucks) One of the servers (a lady) was very arrogant and wanted to force me to pay a tip which is normally at my own discretion. She wanted as well to make me believe that if I don't pay the tip the restaurant would be paying tax for tips even if customers don't pay which I found non sensible at all. the next day when I wanted to go to take my breakfast with my family she refused to serve me because I didn't give a tip the day before. I was very upset and expressed my disappointment to the reception when checked out. I think that this kind of rude, unprofessional staff should not have a place in such hotels as they are making customers ran away and don't come back again which will be my case.

Nicest hotel we stayed during our trip. Staff was very nice and the room was very comfortable and quiet.

We booked this place, thinking it had a shuttle to the city (based on reviews), but was informed when we got there that they only offer this service during the summer. If you are visiting before mid-June, keep this in mind. While the hotel was excellent, we would likely have looked for something closer, had we known this.

Clean and quiet rooms.

When I was checking in, the staff told me that the room was DOUBLE-BOOKED and that I might have to switch to another room after the first night. Finally, I didn't have to change my room but just having that thought in the back of my mind all day was stressful enough... The funny thing is they told me that they'd let us know by the next morning but I got no calls, texts, etc. When I went down to reception the next morning myself, the staff (morning shift) was NOT aware of this situation and I had to explain everything from the beginning. So incompetent!

Stayed 5 nights and had room cleaning twice. The number of cleaning times worked perfectly. However our bed sheets were never changed, which I am not sure if that is normal or not! First time they had cleaned the room and bathrooms and made the beds, so we really noticed the change when we came back to the room- but the second time only our towels had changed, but no other cleaning was done.

The hotel is really clean, the room is quiet, and the heated pool is very nice. Free parking is a bonus. Good location, not far from city attractions, with lots of reasonably priced restaurants and malls nearby.

The half shower door makes it a bit tricky to shower properly, and it would be better if breakfast was included. Overall, nothing too special to complain about

My wife joined me on this business trip and we got an upgrade to a suite. For an 8 days stay it felt like being at home.

4 days no room-cleaning. run out of towels. We should have asked earlier to service the room. After asking, service was perfect.

Starbucks coffee, hallways kept clean, better than I've seen elsewhere, covered parking area, pleasant front desk staff, size of room was nice with loveseat.

No tub, bed wasn't quite as firm as I like but still comfy, left a large tip for housecleaning but without getting adequate service (bed partly made, trash bags not placed, I don't like taking care of trash cans when I'm on vacation)

Very comfortable, clean, attentive staff. It was great to have free parking, also the hotel offers a shuttle to the centre of Quebec for those who doesn’t want to drive.

I liked everything; however, there was one small thing. They didn’t have a tea in the restaurant. Most of the hotels offer it for free, but I couldn’t even buy it there.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast range. Good parking. Easy to get to by car.

This is outside Quebec City so not a place to stay if you want to walk into the city otherwise fine by car. It appears that a request had to be made for a room refresh at Reception - no usual card to make up room avail. No in-room safe. Room was a fine for couple but a bit small for two travelling companions. The pool went I went to use in the afternoon was being used as a games water park, soak tub & drinks venue by a group of young corporate employees (?) who were therefore quite inconsiderate towards other users of the pool & insensible to the posted use of pool rules - I pity whoever is their employer.
