Came with a friend and stayed in a large suite with 2 queen beds - extremely comfy and warm. We only used the mini split to heat up the room early in the winter mornings while getting ready for our day. The standard queen rooms are little individual pods and perfect for couples. Well priced considering my free room upgrade and included breakfast. Gorgeous spaces and architecture. Contemporary brutalist meets rustic eclectic style which blended lots of concrete and iron with colorful tile, handcrafted, authentic Mexican decor and local flora. It's luxurious and interesting without feeling stuffy and overly polished. Everything was maintained and clean but a lot of exposed pipes, industrial touches, and concrete throughout created a rustic feeling. It really fits in with the environment of the Valle. If you want something that feels like a shiny new Marriott, then go to a corporate hotel (el Cielo). But if you want unique, Bohemian, artsy, and authentic then definitely stay here! Our room came with an incredible breakfast every morning. No point in going anywhere else. Service was wonderful and we were able to notify the front desk via WhatsApp anytime we wanted the giant jacuzzi heated up for us. They would get everything ready in advance! During winter you might need to run the shower and sink for a while to get warm water but that is totally normal in this region. This is a relatively remote desert climate so water and energy are scarce and should be preserved. Seriously, they need it for the wine! Really nice toiletries as well as robes and slippers to use during your stay. Lush towels and bedding. The room has a small mini fridge with a few for purchase items which you can use for your personal drinks. They include complimentary bottled water as well as mini mezcal bottle by Los Amantes, the Oaxacan brand that owns the hotel. Extremely secure with a gated entrance. Plentiful parking.
I loved everything, especially the cat Sylvester!

We came here to celebrate my sons 24th bday. The whole staff was so nice and accommodating to our needs .From when we arrive the reception Dulce gave us warm welcoming, Fernando showed us around our Junior suite and property. He was available if we needed anything. They had secured parking for free. I love that Jacuzzi was just outside our door with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious and included. I had their chilaquiles. My mom can't really walk as much and they offer to take room service for her. I highly recommend this place. I give it a 10. Thank you for wonderful experience I would definitely be back.🤗

We were greeted by pleasant staff who showed us to our room. They offered us some of their Mezcal which was smooth and fine. They explained where everything was located in the room. The hospitality was amazing and top notch. Wow, what excellent customer service. Everyone from reception to house keeping to the restaurant to the security personal. I was impressed with what they did when I asked for a small space to set up a computer and monitor for work. I thought they would set me up in small space at reception or the restaurant, instead they initially set me up in the patio with the wonderful fresh air. They set up two tables with a traditional colorful table cloth with fresh flowers and drinking water. I forgot my computer power cord and they immediately brought me one over. And then once it began to drink in a few days, they set me up another office in the community room with a propane heater. Outstanding service...it did not stop there. We had room service for a few days and they continued to impress us both!!!
The sliding glass door to enter the room rattled when the wind would hit it. I was told they would be working on improving this situation.

The staff in particular were wonderful. Amazing service. The hotel has a cool vibe. Very hip and interesting modern architecture There is also a boutique store there that has amazing one-of a kind clothing pieces. Just beautiful. Lots of young people staying at this hotel but all very nice. A good spot to socialize if that's what youre up for.

Very chic and cool hotel that, to the best of our understanding, was pretty centrally located in the Valle. Staff was very friendly and attentive, breakfast in the morning was wonderful and they were incredibly dog-friendly.
The prices were high for certain things like a bottle of water and there was a smell from the plumbing that was very strong at times.

The staff at Hotel Los Amantes was exceptional. They have a tour of the property when we checked in. Breakfast was delicious and restaurant quality.
Bottled water was limited to one room a day rather than one per person, per day. Hidden pet cleaning fee not disclosed at time of booking.
