The apartment was very spacious and had facilities to accommodate your needs. A cooker, microwave, kettle all your basic needs. The rooms were large, could accommodate up to four to five people.and there was plenty of space to hang your clothes, and the beds were comfortable. The staff are very friendly, professional and very helpful. We had a great time, and it felt like home from home.

There's not much to dislike. It is in an area which is easy access to the various restaurants in the area. The swimming pool was a great bonus. We enjoyed it very much. Access to the breach was only five minutes walk. And there is easy access to the main town centre.

We are from Trinidad and Tobago. The receptionist Wendy is amazing. Very helpful. We encountered a minor inconvenience and she worked quickly to ensure it was corrected. We also liked that the place was quiet and not intrusive.. Although other guests were there, we felt as though we had the place to ourselves. Many food options near by and at the hotel. Irie Food Restaurant at the Hotel is awesome..food delicious and prices were reasonable. Although we didn't travel with our children... it's an option we would surely consider if we do return.

The building is obviously not modern.but that was not a bother for us....

Likes = large studio, clean, everything worked, good swimming pool and gardens, VERY convenient location to all immediate reqts, (shops, beach, restaurants) and friendly, approachable staff. Dislikes = toilet failed on last night but it was repaired as soon as we vacated (no effect on ourselves as we could work around). Water pressure on taps could be improved and certain kitchen implements could be updated but no real dislikes/ problems

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable , well equipped apartment. Within walking distance of many lovely bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and lovely beaches.

Just thought the furnishing were a little tired, curtains and some furniture but it was extremely clean and very comfortable. Would definitely book it again. The staff were also so kind friendly and very helpful.

I give this property 100% rating..I book our stay there after reading other reviews.and was at an other property that wasn’t giving us value for our money.. first time in Barbados and trust me I will be going back on a vacation. And sure will stay at Monteray Hotel.. rooms clean comfortable.staffs welcoming..will be telling my friends about this place

Very Nice

Bright, clean and welcoming. Very comfortable beds, good shower. Ground floor with patio...excellent. Whilst only used on-site restaurant twice, comforting to know its there.

Very accessible and comfortable. Lots of space and storage cupboards. Lovely outside seating area overlooking the garden. Lovely shower.

The sunbeds were a bit old and could do with cushions. The kitchen was a bit old could do with up dating. Would have preferred a electric kettle.

Hotel staff are just amazing, proximity to Dover beach (less then 5 min walking) , proper AC in the apartment , enough amenities

Friendly staff, incredibly clean rooms, the apartment is within walking distance of amazing restaurants, clubs and beaches, with an amazing little coffee shop right next door. The apartments are simplistic but very comfortable with everything you need and lots of storage space (as 2 women travelling together this was a huge bonus). The pool is small but if you're not after anything extravagant then this is a fantastic option. The balconies are a great size and catch the sun all day. The Aircon is just brilliant. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Barbados on a budget. Would not recommend if you are looking for a place with lots of facilities for young children, but definitely for those who just want a relaxing getaway with plenty of night life

I loved staying here. Rooms are well equipped for self catering. A small supermarket close by. Beaches close by and a short walk to The Gap which meant it was nice and quiet. Staff very helpful and the property had all I needed!

I liked everything however although the room was excellent, a little out-dated
