The owner - Mrs Anadi was extremely professional and polite. She handled our stay in a very warm manner. The family suite is extremely spacious. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped. Food is excellent - tasty at the same time not spicy or unfit for hectic travel ( tho it might be on the expensive side). Kanchenjunga peak is visible. The location is really nice

Beautiful view of valley right out bedroom window and patio. Care that the staff took for us was exceptional with great transport recommendations and connections. Food was fast and fantastic taste at reasonable price. Food hygiene was perfect. Nice walk to town down Gandhi Road and close to Japanese Pagoda. Again view of Kanchenjunga are as good or better than Tiger Hill, and so convenient and serene.

Property still being constructed but inconvenience was minimal. It is a good walk to town so might be a consideration about coming back late at night.

It was a very pleasant stay for my parents and me at Arcadia. The property is very well maintained and the staff are very cooperative and helpful, they were attentive enough to acknowledge all our queries and fulfill every request. The room, bathroom and entire resort was very clean and Spock and span. The food was amazing as well! We were very happy with our stay at the property.

Absolutely loved my stay here, I am late writing this as I visited in March but I was really well supported here. I arrived on a really cold week and the team did everything they could to make things more comfortable. Rupesh was also amazing in taking me to the airport with not much time to spare, he was super!

I think there could have been better signposting for taxis and how to access taxis, that was a bit difficult at times

I really enjoyed my stay at Arcadia Heritage. The staff is very professional, kind and polite especially Mr. Amit and Ms. Anandi. Also they were very accommodative, especially towards my senior citizen parents who have dietary restrictions. They were more than willing to cook food according to our preference and ensure our comfort.

I'd suggest the hotel provides slippers as the wooden floors get quite cold during winters, and hair dryer in the washroom. These are the facilities you usually get at this price point at other hotels. Also I felt the room could be cleaned better. Further I believe room heater charges should be included in the room rent and not charged separately. Otherwise, it should be disclosed on the booking websites itself.

The staff was very sweet. The rooms were clean, spacious, and adequately lit. The view from the rooms is breathtaking (only when the sky is clear). The food was good, you don't have to go to the main center to eat if you are craving good food.

There is not much to improve they are offering value for money with their property. The only challenges about this property are the steep road to reach the property and that the property is 2 to 3 km from the center, which in a way is also good as the center is very congested and polluted.

Absolutely everything. Right from the time we arrived to the time we left, it was an awesome experience. They sent us 2 cars to pick us up at the Station. We had a vehicle on the days we went out driven by Rewas who took us to eat some fabulous Himalayan food. And once again there were 2 cars to drop us to the Airport. Mr. Ravi Pande and his team of staff led by Amit were one of the best anyone could wish for. We celebrated a birthday and they made it special on a very short notice. On a previous day another guest had a birthday celebration and they made it very special for them too. The food served at breakfast and at other times are very well prepared and so thoughtfully personalized upon request. The one thing we all know, if and when we get an opportunity, we will be back, because the people at Arcadia made our experience so amazing! Thank you all.

Everything was great. The room was spacious and very clean. They also provided electric blankets which was helpful. The room had all the standard amenities and the view from the balcony and room was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a nice spread of options and the food itself was very tasty. The best thing was the service and staff were very helpful and caring.

Everything was perfect. The only thing a bit difficult was getting to the mall from hotel.

The location. It would have been great had we seen the kanchenjunga. It was cloudy and misty. But that's another beauty of the mountains and we made the most of it.
