Excellent views from all rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Food quality and portion- commendable. Cannot help but emphasise- the hotel staff will do everything in their capacity to make your stay a memorable one.

Honestly, there is very little, or none. Just one word, there is a steep climb before you reach the hotel. In case you are travelling with children / elderly and you do not have a vehicle to drive in/out of the hotel, please check once before you confirm this property. Distance from mall may be another factor.

I really enjoyed my stay at Arcadia Heritage. The staff is very professional, kind and polite especially Mr. Amit and Ms. Anandi. Also they were very accommodative, especially towards my senior citizen parents who have dietary restrictions. They were more than willing to cook food according to our preference and ensure our comfort.

I'd suggest the hotel provides slippers as the wooden floors get quite cold during winters, and hair dryer in the washroom. These are the facilities you usually get at this price point at other hotels. Also I felt the room could be cleaned better. Further I believe room heater charges should be included in the room rent and not charged separately. Otherwise, it should be disclosed on the booking websites itself.

Absolutely everything. Right from the time we arrived to the time we left, it was an awesome experience. They sent us 2 cars to pick us up at the Station. We had a vehicle on the days we went out driven by Rewas who took us to eat some fabulous Himalayan food. And once again there were 2 cars to drop us to the Airport. Mr. Ravi Pande and his team of staff led by Amit were one of the best anyone could wish for. We celebrated a birthday and they made it special on a very short notice. On a previous day another guest had a birthday celebration and they made it very special for them too. The food served at breakfast and at other times are very well prepared and so thoughtfully personalized upon request. The one thing we all know, if and when we get an opportunity, we will be back, because the people at Arcadia made our experience so amazing! Thank you all.

Everything was great. The room was spacious and very clean. They also provided electric blankets which was helpful. The room had all the standard amenities and the view from the balcony and room was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a nice spread of options and the food itself was very tasty. The best thing was the service and staff were very helpful and caring.

Everything was perfect. The only thing a bit difficult was getting to the mall from hotel.

Location of the property is perfect. It is close to most of the sight seeing places. Food is good, though expensive, and menu is limited. Staff is co-operative and friendly. Travel was arranged by Hotel Staff upon self request. Enjoyed our stay at Arcadia Heritage Resort.

Few things I found missing. And if these are incorporated, it will be convenient. These are 1) Hairdryer 2) Room Heater or Hot Air blower 3) Disposable Slippers 4) Mini Bar Facility 5) Working intercom

The staff's were very polite and helpful. The view was fantastic from the top and good ambience, quiet and peaceful. Just right for a relaxing trip.

Everything was good, except the steep climb to the resort. Taxis refused to go up the steep road and there weren't any other ortion but to walk. It's a good walk when you don't shop and carry stuffs. We did a lot of shopping so climbing the steep road was big challenge with a huge load.

1. The spread of breakfast was good. The chef and other staff members took every care to satisfy the boarders. 2. The ever smiling staffs are assets of the resort. Amit was always there for any kind of help. The chef and his helping hand were also too good. The manager was polite and nice.

1. Car hiring charges for sight seeing or drop to Siliguri appeared to be a bit over priced. 2.Location wise it is a bit difficult to access due to stiff roads.

Right from the beginning the property manager (Ravi) was always open to questions and queries and was helpful and very humble. The staff are extremely down to earth, fast, friendly and professional. The food was good and the location and a view is an absolute wonder and treat for the eyes and mind! I would write more but I can summarize that book your stay in advance and let the rest be taken care by the place 😀

Outstanding location. Especially the views of the Kanchenjunga that we got from our room are to die for. Very clean facilities. High quality fittings in bathroom and room. Very spacious room. Very friendly, well-mannered staff, always helpful and prompt with service. Good Indian cuisine. We used the hotel car for pick-up and drop from NJP & Bagdogra. Their driver Rupesh is a warm, friendly, character. Always bubbling with enthusiasm.

The Chinese cuisine could have been better. The distance from the Mall is a little on the higher side (3.5 kms), even though this is more than compensated for by the mountain views

Everything, we repeat EVERYTHING was perfect to the T, excepting the approach road to the place. The Manager Vidhan and his staff are awesome, they havent yet learnt the word "NO". The food is excellent and reasonably priced. All the rooms are facing the Kanchenjungha. Cleanliness deserves another special mention in addition to courteous staff behavior. Bottomline, we will come back again to this place.

Only the approach to the hotel is steep and most cabs from Siliguri would refuse to take you there. They would agree to drop you at the footstep of the hill and then Vidhan will arrange to take you up by their car, if you request. Maybe only a 100 rs to the cab you hire for the local cab. Btw, it's only maybe 50/100 m climb.
