The ambience was amazing, love the interior decoration and the wood finish. Rooms look. Very modern and posh. Lovely view, very clean and comfortable hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Service and breakfast also was very nice.

It’s a little far from the city center but you won’t find an excellent place of this quality easily around the area so that’s why we chose this place

Cleanliness is on another level I don't remember the name of the manager, but he was such a generous gentleman. We arrived at 1am in the night everything was closed we all 4 were hungry and he specially opened the kitchen for us and prepared food for us.... lovely staff and extraordinary stay.

Everything was v good ..Mr singh manager the service boys ,the girl in the restaurant and the cook very good and cooperative and service excellent

Only hot water should have been 24 hrs in the bathroom and two chairs in the room other than that everything is excellent

the rooms were causey and clean and fresh with sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. the staff with friendly polite and helpful all through my stay. the front office staff were informative and knowledgeable and guide at me all through my stay during my visit.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

It is located among peaceful hills of Darjeeling away from the hustle bustle of the city. Staff was highly supportive. Room was having all the amenities and a nice view.

Every staff behaviour is very polite spicaly receptionest.Food is very tasty 🤤 value for money . Overall experience awesome 👍

Single blanket is not enough for the winter

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this hotel.
