Filiz the receptionist was an absolute star. Our vehicle broke down and we were stranded. She made enquiries, on our behalf with hire car companies. Found an unbelievably good deal for a very large vehicle (at the weekend in France), for kids and baggage. Basically resurrected the vacation. She should be promoted or get a medal or something.

Closeness to motorway, so an easy stop. Nice green areas, feels relaxing. Welcoming to dogs. Friendly and clean. Very good bed, so an excellent night’s sleep. The reception staff were really helpful

Very nice and quiet location outside the city with a lot a green around. The building was very nicely decorated. The room was comfy. The breakfast buffet was also good.

The power plug next to the bed are all replaced by usb plugs but those usb plugs were only working if the lights are switched on. You are basically unable to charge your phone while sleeping. This is a bit of an oversight.

We had one night at the hotel as a break in driving from Belgium to the south of France, it was conveniently situated close to the motorway and about half way on our journey. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It met our expectations. We are staying again on return journey.

Nice outdoor spaces. Lovely lake with wildlife. Nice bar and restaurant. Lots of free parking.

It was a little ‘tired’. Cleaners needed to do windows and lift carpet. No fridge in room. No milk for tea or coffee in our room.

The receptionist was very friendly and tolerated my appalling French. We were handy for the motorway heading north. Located beside a golf course with nice views and the room was comfortable.

The doors required a lot of force to engage the lock. Breakfast was disappointing as many of the items were empty and it took a long time for them to be replaced.

Very nice, recently modernised hotel. Good location, quite close to the Autoroute. Frindly staff, very good food in restaurant - and good discount on green fees at adjacent golf course! For us, midway between Calais and our French holiday home. We have tried many hotels in the area, and this rates as one of the best which we will definitely return to.

Saturday night and Sunday morning - very busy in restaurant and although food was very good, service was a bit mixed.

Family room was great. Comfortable. Nice room temperature. Breakfast has a lot of different choices. I liked pastries and plates of different cheeses. My daughter's liked the piano in the lobby. My wife loved the decoration

Brilliant location, just off the motorway and out of the city. Great room, we did go for the upgrade room, wonderfully dog friendly, staff were really helpful and friendly. Food was delicious and good value. Really enjoyed our stay.

No milk in the room - sure we could have got some but we were too tired to ask!

Everything was superb. Fabulous location, great restaurant and amazing staff. Thanks for a wonderful stay with our 2 dogs - they loved it as well.

Everything was perfect.... the reception staff even arranged for us to have a ground floor room, to make it easier for the dogs.
