From the moment we checked in, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. Everything is perfect

Had a wonderful stay and is a great property for sure. It is value for money and will surely recommend, specially the staff at restaurant were so much helpful that they were taking care of every guest with the care. Miss Lan and Miss Vuong were so much friendly in nature and were enquiring personally about the experience in Restaurant. That was so nice gesture.

Managing the guests at Reception and other facilities like Gym and Spa, need an improvement.

- Reception Staff was so helpful & supportive - Bartender was so friendly & provided best service - The infinity pool is huge & absolutely amazing - Staff in breakfast restaurant are all young, kind and looked after us so well. - All staff could speak English quite well - The price is almost half of other 5-star hotels that we stayed in Hanoi

Can’t complain anything basically

The rooms were amazing and super clean. Rooms were cleaned every day. staff were very helpful and supportive. Outstanding service. Services were better than the 5* hotels. Cleanliness is outstanding no doubt about it.

You might find some minor issues like the toilet didn't have bidets and not many options for breakfast. But the food quality and quantity was very good and tasted amazing.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. Gym was good. Rooms spacious and apartments had what is needed.

The pool needed a bit of a clean. Location was out of the City but appropriate for business district

Epic tower is really Epic. Since it's new property, everything is very nicely done. The quantity of construction is outstanding including kitchen set up and cutlery and utensils given in kitchen

There is nothing that you won't like.

New property. Modern top class facilities. Very good and fresh breakfast. Staff were very cooperative and understanding.

Given that it is a new facility, there are small niggles here and there.

We was not able to use the swimming pool was in maintenance until end of March. The hotel was a bit far away from other areas
