Maria, Anixis owner, is by far one of the kindest, most generous, and thoughtful people I’ve met in all my travels. Despite my flight arriving very early—and being delayed—she welcomed me with an upgraded room for the full night, allowing me to rest without waiting around. Her thoughtfulness meant a lot. The studio itself is wonderfully cozy, equipped with everything you could need—it truly felt like a home away from home. I even cooked my own meals during my stay. And here’s a tip: don’t miss the chance to chat with Maria about what to see and do in Paros. Her recommendations are gold. If I’ll travel again to Paros I’ll definitely stay at Anixis. Nothing all is amazing

The apartment was a good size , it was fresh and airy . The beds were really comfortable , it was well equipped Selection off pans and coffee maker and kettle , they even provided filter papers for the coffee. It was very clean and cared for ,we had a storm whilst we were staying and the next morning every where was covered in a fine red sand , by the evening the whole property had been cleaned . The staff were very friendly and helpful . The accommodation has a footpath at the back which means it’s a 7 minute walk in to Aliki I would highly recommend a stay here

The apartment is really nice, 10 min by foot to the town center but quiet, there is a huge parking across the street, grill in the garden, the flat is cleaned every day by the staff.

The kitchen lacks a basic stuff like proper knife for slicing some peace of meat, potato peeler, but we always take some of the utilities from home since we are used that apartments are not best equiped in general for proper cooking. The mosquito net on one window was broken and the shower doors also.

We spent a superb six days in one of Maria and her family's tastefully decorated, well-equipped, sparklingly clean apartments. Ours came with a delightful balcony overlooking olive trees, vines and classic Greek village gardens. Just a short walk to the seafront with its fabulous restaurants and beaches, Aliki village and Anixis Studios in particular are a wonderfully restful place to holiday. Maria is a top-notch host and we'd definitely stay here again.

There's nothing not to like.

We loved the little town of Aliki for a short stay in Paros. Less busy than the other main towns, great food, great vibe. Anixis studios are not in the city center but they’re a short walk away (5-10min walking). The hosts gave us a lot of great tips about restaurants and beaches. They provided toys and beach toys for our kid. They lent us a beach umbrella. The apartment had everything that you might need to cook a small meal. They were cleaned daily which was a nice surprise. We would stay again :)

The water pressure was not very good. They alerted us about the issue and tried to improve it though

Maria and her husband are one of the best details of the acommodation in Anixis. They're super friendly, warm and looking always for your BEST experience in Paros, giving you recommendations for everything: restaurants, beaches, renting bikes... They are super nice! The apartment was perfect, super clean, with everything you can need. They also include some details as wine and local cakes that are delicious! Paros is a beautiful island to explore and you can find different environments in different parts of the island but if you're looking for some relaxing days in a quiet stay, Anixis Studios are the BEST place to stay. Looking for coming back here without any doubt! It's been an absolute pleasure!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Maria was the best host ever; kind, friendly, extremely helpful and a genuinely caring person. We loved her so much. She never made us feel like we were asking too many questions and she helped us rent a car, gave us great tips on where to go as well as transportation to the port. The property is so beautiful and we never wanted to leave; it’s nearby to many restaurants and bars. 8 minute walk to the beach and a supermarket. Also a plus, there are many adorable cats residing there that kept us company and were an absolute delight. Definitely coming back there in my next stay at Paros.

At the end of a 3 week holiday, Aliki was the perfect destination and Anixis was excellent accommodation. Our flight from Milos had us arriving earlier than check in but this was not a problem as the lovely Maria upgraded our room and allowed us to come at least 2 hrs earlier, as soon as she heard. The generosity continued with Maria and Theo organising car hire and airport transfer and then surprising me with a very thoughtful birthday gift. The location was only a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Having driven around the whole island, Aliki is certainly the quietest with 2 beaches, a handful of restaurants, a couple of shops, and a supermarket, but it is worth the stay.

My only request would be a bigger mirror somewhere in the room.

Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Maria is a wonderful host — very supportive and attentive to anything you might need. The studio is just a short 7–8 minute walk from the center of Aliki, which is an absolutely fantastic place. You’ll find excellent restaurants, lovely beaches, and everything you need within walking distance. We stayed for 3 days, but next time we’ll definitely stay longer!

The property is really lovely and clean, cute and quaint with beautiful views of the sea. It’s in a nice and chilled part of Paros. The staff at the apartments were so lovely and welcoming and were very accommodating to all our requests. Maria even gave us fresh grapes and figs from the tree every day before the beach. The cats are also very sweet and well looked after.

Sometimes the water pressure goes faint at night but they were also very quick to fix it for us whenever this occurred.
