The staff was just amazing. We have got all the help needed, beyond just basic and expected. We enjoyed many treats served in addition to ordered drinks with a georgeous view that hotel offers. The room was so lovely and clean.

Although hotel offers many gluten free options for breakfasts, they are mostly sweet. I personally do not enjoy sweet breakfasts and therefore I would appreciate having some gf savory items as well. Overall, we are still very happy that hotel has gf options.

Very beautiful accomodation, especially for families. Child friendly staff and premises. Delicious and rich breakfast. Clean pool and private beach. A really surprising plus is that the water in the pool is a bit warmed up. Comfy rooms with free cot offered for our toddler. The room is big enough and well organized. Staff from all departments was very respectful and helpful in any situation.

Really small drying rack on the balcony, extremely small fridge, no mosquito nets at the windows.

Excellent hotel in a great location, right on the beach. Great facilities: bar, nice pool, children's play area. The sun loungers on the beach are included and allocated on arrival. Amazing breakfast offer, both in choice and quality, for all tastes and diets. We didn't have lunch or dinner so cannot comment on it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, especially for 3 people, and the majority of the balconies are tiny so drying swimming stuff can be a bit of a challenge. The location is great: just outside the hotel there is a street lined with restaurants, bars and nice shops. The traffic is heavily restricted. 10-15 minutes stroll away is Piazza Milano, with more shops and restaurants and other activities in the evening (market stalls, music, etc). There are lots of things to do in Jesolo but for sightseeing, there is a bus & boat service from Jesolo to Venice approximately every hour from the main bus station.

Rooms and balconies are definitely on the small side.

The hotel facilities are very good. Excellent breakfast (wide and special choice of food and drinks - exceeding expectations), very good location, staff are very friendly and helpful, very good pool and nice beach (umbrellas and beach chairs well cared for). Very clean hotel, daily thorough service to our room.

There were very few and little aspects we were not so enthusiastic about. The balcony had limited facilities for drying our swimming suites and was small (we did not really use it). There were not many TV channels in English.

The complete hotel is very nice and most areas look like new. So a very good hotel in Jesolo. In my opinion same quality like a 5 star hotel in Jesolo.

The room air condition was only possible to put on 23 degrees which was not optimal because the air in the room was always warm and kind of humid which was not comfortable at all

Good breakfast. Nice, clean hotel. Pool area is very fine. At breakfast, the view of the sea is very nice.

I got sick and they didn't let us leave earlyer. They allowed but did not release the price proportionally. The weather was very bad at the end of August, you couldn't swim in the sea, but you could have been in the pool, but it was always closed for some reason. (let's say we went in anyway)

The hotel and surroundings were very clean . We loved the pool area . The beach was nice too but we didn’t spend much time there . The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of good food . Dinner on the terrace was just perfect , the choice & quality of food was amazing , and the staff were so friendly, helpful & professional. michell the barman is a very knowledgeable Barman and made us some great cocktails , as did the other ladies . Paulo on reception was lovely and gave us some great tips on things to do in the area . All the Reception staff were great and made our holiday in Jesolo very special .The super staff and the facilities at the Orient & Pacific made for a very enjoyable stay in Jesolo.

Can’t think of anything major , but I wasn’t keen on the colour of the glass on the balcony .

Professional and smiling staff. Very nice hotel with pool and private beach with sun loungers and towels. Great breakfasts - great idea that you can make your own juice from fresh fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend the hotel.

Everything was perfect and the staff were very kind. Clean and upgraded pool and restaurant.

The bathroom in our room was very very thin and tiny and it was very hard to shower my child.

weird sun lounger system. you need to pay for the Sun loungers at the pool and sometimes for the front row beach sun loungers. and at peak season you might not even get one
