The front desk personnel were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was superb. I have mobility issues so I couldn't make it to breakfast. My son notified the kitchen staff to see if he could bring me breakfast to the room. They prepared a breakfast box for me. Our stay was awesome.

Breakfast time is too short (7:00-9:30)

12 o clock check out Did t like 9:00 end of breakfast 10 would have been better for those of us who check in late.

Slamming doors at 6:30. Soft closure on doors would be beneficial for coming in late.

the location to anything you needed was perfect! The property was quiet. Breakfast was ok. I also liked the shampoo, body wash & conditioner bottles on the wall in the huge walk-in shower(probably my favorite)

Our room didn’t have any trash bags in the trash cans & being they don’t clean the room but every 3 days when staying so many days it would make sense to make sure each room has enough of stuff for those 3 days. Ex. Trash Bags, towels,toilet paper & toiletries etc

The beds were very comfortable the room was very cleanShower was great

No restaurants, on the premises. and breakfast there's only from 6:30 I think to 9:00 hook most places are till 10:00 I think

Breakfast was outstanding. Best we have had in a long time at a hotel. The Front Desk Staff were very helpful. We would also recommend this hotel for pet owners. Our cat was very happy during our stay.

Everything was clean and everyone was so nice and the place was super safe.

We booked and paid for a smoking room but when we arrived, the property does NOT have smoking rooms, this is your fault and not the hotels....

I loved everything about the property: location, friendly stuff, great breakfast with good selection, clean room and bathroom. I felt like home during my 2 days visit.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was amazing. They were having trouble with printers and card readers that could have been stressful checking everyone in, and yet they maintained kindness and professionalism that I witnessed my entire stay from 6/30-7/3/22. I don't typically experience that kind of kindness in hotel stays that was extended from the front desk staff, maintenance and those providing breakfast! Breakfast was awesome from hot breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, and amazing crustless quiches. 2 waffle makers were available, in addition to muffin choices, cereal, fresh bananas, and juice and milk options. The hotel location felt really private, was close to local stores/restaurants,, and a short distance to beaches. The outdoor pool and hot tub were very clean with extra towels available.

The mini fridge actually didn't have a top freezer section that I normally do have in other hotels I stay at, and it helps to have that for long stays. This time I had to bring gel packs to ice a knee injury, However, their staff offered to keep my gel pack in their freezer!
