The breakfast was very good, attentive staff asked of we needed anything. Location perfect for our needs. Room was clean and tidy, and quiet. Mattress good, bedding good, a/c great.

Carpets in hallways very dirty, ripped add on elevator door needed to be removed. Pillows awful like sleeping on marshmallow. Reception male staff on check in very courteous, female reception surly, attitude condescending when I asked question about area. Could use refresher course on customer service. Lucky I wasn't a hotel shopper as marks would have been low!

Great location. Easy access to I95 and Flagler Beach. We had a King Room and was more than enough room for 2 people. We were in town for Biketoberfest, they had set up a bike washing area and offered towels in the back parking lot.

There is not a handicap ramp on the back or either side of the hotel. So if you have a heavy bag or use the hotel cart, you have to go to the front of the hotel. Water pressure was not great. Pillows were ok if you like feather thin. Wish there was a luggage rack in the room for suitcase. The back of the sink was not cleaned very well, hair from someone shaving was present when we checked in. In order to get room service, more trash bags, or fresh towels you had to request them. We were on 4th floor and had to go to 2nd for Ice.

Hotel is very clean, beds comfortable . Good decent breakfast for this type of hotel Ratio quality / location/ price is good - no surprise with this chain of hotels

Stayed during bike week in Daytona so price was on the high due to affluence

The guest service person said Michelle was just amazing. That’s what made the experience excellent. The lack of handicap rooms was a bummer but the rest of the day was fantastic and Michelle moved mountains to help us during the hurricane.

Breakfast was fabulous! And one morning, I was late & they were closing up for breakfast, the ladies in charge of it , just said no problem! Take your time & enjoy!

The curtains in the Room weren't installed properly, so I couldn't open or close them!

We had stayed next door at the other hotel. No comparison by far a much more comfortable stay. We also like this location close to all the places we visited is excellent.

The breakfast bar was good but would like to have other choices. Also the gate into pool is a bit difficult to operate maybe a newer gate ?? Thank you

everything was great about this property. Location was perfect to the interstate come on the beach and not far from Saint Augustine. The front desk person was amazing and the rooms were super clean as well as the property. I will definitely stay there again

The seats in the Area where you eat breakfast weren’t that comfortable, but that was no big deal

Bed was great, although duvet covers are complicated. Bathroom was good!! Staff was very nice.

Well, our room smelled funny. By day 2 we decided we didn't want to move, but maybe it was the carpet or AC filters?

Having the full breakfast is amazing when traveling. The access to snacks so you don’t have to leave the hotel again was great. Very clean and the staff was amazing that checked us in.

The access to the rooms being inside helps for security reasons.

This is my problem, I guess. My husband always booked my stays on his account. He died from covid I had to book myself and didn’t realize how the points worked. So I didn’t get any for that stay. 😠. The woman at the desk opened an account in my name and was extremely kind and helpful. So apparently I won’t be using booking.com again.
