This is a wonderful, beach side motel with a great pool and ocean views from the porch area outside the room. It's not fancy and it's a little older, but it's in great shape. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The shower head was modern and the pressure was great. We had a room with a kitchenette, which was convenient for having snacks and lunch stuff around for our days on the beach. The kitchenette had dishes and basic utensils, but bring a roll of paper towels and coffee filters!

We checked in a little early and our room was not ready (understandable because we tried to check in three hours early!). The front desk said they would call us when it was ready, but they never did. But this is a pretty mild criticism. Overall, the staff were wonderful and there was always someone around to help, if needed.

We had an amazing time!!! The Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. The Room was beautiful and clean!!! It was stocked with everything you need!! But Our favorite part had to be the HEATED pool!!! It was located practically on the beach. And open until 11pm. Our stay was amazing all around. We will definitely be booking here again. And again!!!

There was NOTHING we didn't like. Even the other guests were nice!!!!

An off season Gem. You could not sleep closer to the ocean without being on a boat. I loved listening and watching the waves pounding the beautiful coral sands.

The room balcony was not private. You could walk to all corners and see the North or South Atlantic. I felt like I was on the Titanic.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful! Perfect location. The staff were all so friendly . My husband and I and our children loved it !

A lot of the other people staying at this hotel “reserved” pool chairs all day, but hardly used them. We went to the pool fairly early , about 830am and a lot of the pool chairs had items placed on them but no one was in the pool. We didn’t feel like it was polite to move anyone’s things so we just put our stuff on the ground. Some people did return to the chairs about an hour later . We returned around 3/4pm and all the chairs were still reserved with peoples belongings but again they were not in the pool. (Probably at the beach) This is not a complaint for the facility because the hotel was amazing . Just a courtesy reminder to the people visiting , to not reserve chairs if you aren’t using them

We were so pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. Even the kitchenette had obviously been sanitized. The beds were spacious and comfortable. All 4 of us had plenty of room to move around in the space-it didn't feel crowded even with visitors. I loved the little touches like the unique dresser and matching headboard and footboards. Even the carpeting was in good taste and perfect for the beachy environment. The views were spectacular!

The property is clearly older, so the elevator was creaky and one of them had an out of order sign-so we walked to the front one every time. I loved the style of the blinds in the room, but I imagine they give the property owners no end of trouble. They were coming unattached from the rod and were difficult to get into a properly open or closed position. Parking is tight.

one elevator was down but didn’t have a sign on it or anything we just had to find out on our own when we stood there forever waiting on jt. trash on our floor was full and spilling over to the floor with the same trash for 2-3 days, since there was no housekeeping service we had to empty our own trash so the big cans on each floor should have been emptied everyday at-least once in my opinion.

Simple but clean hotel directly on the beach. We stayed only one night, coming late, leaving early, but still, it was a nice stay. Very friendly ladies on the reception desk on arrival as well as check-out. The access to the beach is just perfect, and the beach was amazing for a morning run and a quick bath. The hotel has a small swimming pool, unfortunately, a bit too cold day to try. The rooms are a bit old, arranged for beach plans (no carpets). I could imagine staying here for more days on the beach. Must be awesome in May.

Like in many other US hotels, we were missing breakfast options.

Fantastic view of ocean. We were on 5th floor over pool great view from there! Room was so clean and comfy beds. Was very nice to have a refrigerator and little microwave and sink in kitchenette. I brought my own electric skillet to cook. Very much enjoyed the room. There was an issue getting charged twice for the room because I had gone through a third-party. They said they are refunding that mistake.

Property itself was fine. Many people were in the pool. It was cold. I guess the pool is heated although we did not go in. They don’t love two cars on the lot even when they’re not busy, but it’s not bad to park across the street if you have a second car.

The view, the weather. I met other guest, all were happy friendly people. As an older couple with grown kids, we really liked seeing all the families with young kids having a really good time. Excellent location to view the sunrise, our favorite time of day.

Although the facility cannot control the wind, better anchors on the umbrella tables at the pool. Our table blew over twice, no damage or injuries were caused by this, but it could have been worse if kids were near by.

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We were so impressed with Michele, who was our room attendant. Upon arrival she introduced herself to us, came to make sure everything in our room was to our liking and approval and brought us extra towels without us even asking. The property was very clean and the grounds and pool area were immaculately cared for. The maintenance man visited the pool every day while we were there and made sure guests were pleased with the temp of the water. One day the pool was a little chilly and he turned the temp of the water up and even came back several hours later to be sure it had warmed up to the guests satisfaction. Ocean views from every room and although balcony is not private to each room (it wraps around the outside of every floor, we got to know the guests next to us and all of the guests we encountered were so friendly. Every time we entered through the pool gates we were greeted with friendly “hellos and good mornings” from the other guests. Will definitely be back!! Wonderful experience!!

The hotel is not fancy, however it is very clean. You can see they are trying to make updates to the rooms to give it a more modern look. Our room smelled a little musty at first, but after leaving the door open for a fresh breeze while in the room, this improved a bit. My suggestion would be for them to remove the carpets in the rooms and replace with hard flooring. Bathroom could also use an update as shower head was rusting and grout and tile is old. One of the two elevators was also out of order during our stay, but the one elevator was sufficient. None of these things affected our having a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!!!!
