Only about a third of the condos were booked so it was quiet, except for noise from the street which is unavoidable due to the set up of the buildings. Although obviously older because of some cosmetic things, the condos was comfortable and oceanfront. It came fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a small issue and it was taken care of very quickly.

Because it is a time-share, we got a call the first night we were there inviting us to a presentation. I politely declined several times but the salesperson continued to push. I told them that we were not going to purchase a time-share and the salesperson promptly hung up on me!

The view was absolutely beautiful! The apartment was nicely decorated and had a full kitchen with anything you'd need to host your family (full sized refrigerator, stove, a dishwasher, dishes, utensils, even a full sized table that comfortably fits 6). There were 2 bedrooms and an additional sleeping space. This is perfect for a family of 6 or 3 couples. The price was great given the experience and memories we made there! I would 100% stay there again!

The front desk only accepted cash after hours, causing us to have to leave to go to a store. Once we got back, the gate was closed to the parking area.

I had a one bedroom and it was nice and spacious. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, so I was able to prepare breakfast and dinner right in the comfort of the room. There were TVs in both rooms, even though they were really small, they did the job. I loved my corner room balcony. I had a perfect view of the beach. Beautiful view. There were plenty of places within walking distance and once I park my car I did not drive my car again until I was leaving. I walked everywhere else I needed to go.

The pool and Jacuzzi were out of commission, but I knew that already before booking. I love the beach, so that was not a problem for me. My tub was halfway stripped of the rear, facing, but was not repaired for some reason. I did submit a photo of that. My room also was close to the elevator, maintenance, closet, and stairs, so I could hear every time someone went up and down the stairs or elevator, and in and out of the maintenance closet. So if I wanted to sleep in, and people were moving around early, I could hear everything and it woke me up. But other than that the room itself was great.

The staff greeted us at check-in and were very helpful and knowledgeable! The rooms were modern,clean and updated. It had all the home conveniences and was fully stocked as you would expect from a nice condo. We noticed throughout our stay how on top of it, the entire staff was in cleanliness and willingness to help in anyway. Also, the underground parking was very nice and secured. They really made us feel welcome!! ⭐️F⭐️I⭐️V⭐️E⭐️Stars for this property!

The pool this wasn’t open like a lot of other places in Ormond/Daytona. Which we understood going into this from the hurricane that wiped that area out a year and a half ago. We realize that different circumstances affect different places. However, the crew they have working for them is doing a great job getting things back up and going. The pool deck is open and you do have direct beach access from the pool deck. Grills are available along with Lounge chairs for sunning and they offer games, activities and other amenities.

Great location, comfortable apartment which has everything you'd need. Beach right across from your room, pool area, near a lot of restaurants and about a 10 minute drive from Daytona's Pier/Main St Boardwalk.

Bathtub didnt drain well; always had a lot of water pooling up while showering. Drain fixture seemed very worn out or "dirty". Toilet seat/bow somewhat small for bigger people.

Location was excellent! Price was perfect!

The bed covers were two ill fitting top sheets and a very small thin “comforter “ that only came half way up the bed. If bedding were improved the bed would have been quite comfortable.

There was work going on around the place outside and it was very noisy in our room. Because we were on the first floor I think we vibrated a lot more with the jack hammers. Also I do enjoy having our own private balcony instead of a porch. I didn’t really like being on the first floor. But the views were still perfect

i liked the location of the beach access where we were there was not many people it was nice and quiet and calm. I loved the view every morning and the ability to eat breakfast on the balcony

There was a small leak in the doorway entry which made it a little unpleasant to smell and see. Everything was glass if i had my grand children with me i would have to run out to the store to get plastic ware maybe a couple of kid friendly kitchen ware would be a nice addition

The room that I stayed in, had a little step when you walked out the sliding glass doors onto the patio. I would highly recommend you paint a red line across the step so it catches your eye, as I have tripped on this step up several times and my guests have tripped also.

Close to beaching pool, we had nice (communal) terrace on ground floor, washing/ drying facilities

This was our fault for not knowing but we stayed during a jeep beech festival. This meant noise and lots of cars on beach. Lobby and exterior bit shabby. Room bit noisy.
