The whole unit was fine.

The only issue we had was in the second bathroom. The bath tissue dispenser was at least 48 inches form the toilet. You needed to anticipate the amount of tissue you needed before you sat down. Not good, The second issue we had was the light fixture above the dining table is way to large, my husband kept hitting his head went he went to sit down for dinner. The pool deck really needs to be completed. It appears to be taking too long to repair the hurricane damage.

Location was great, great room.

The water pressure was crazy hard, it hurt when taking a shower. There was no beach access from our room in North Tower, you had to access beach through the other building. Outside patio/pool was closed due to hurricane damage...we were not told that until days later after room was booked! Beware of timeshare scheme! Not once was the term 'timeshare brought up'...once signed up to attend the 2 hr presentation, a 50.00 hold charge was placed on my card.

As you check in the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and modern. Our room was a suit facing the street/ parking lot with a. Balcony. We didn’t mind due to just being their one day. The room was up to date, spacious with a whole kitchen to cook. The bathroom was big with extra towels and good quality bathroom essentials. It was a great stay. I will be staying there again when I visit my daughter.

The bed was a little too firm.

The Cove is one of my favorites since it is almost to the end of the public beach so it is quiet most of the time and now crowded. The bed was very comfortable and it is perfect size for two people. I've always enjoyed the lazy river part of the pool and it was refreshing.

We couldn't figure out how to work the freezer despite getting some instruction from staff. But that was really not important

I liked how clean it was walking in. I enjoyed the hotel staff. Our room was perfect for just us two. It was also pretty quiet which I rally enjoyed 😉

I was a little disappointed with the pool area. The water sprayers weren't in operation on the lazy river and the pools did not feel heated at all. They were too cold for us to enjoy so was the ocean so kinda disappointed I didn't get to swim. Also, when I went to use our shower I noticed there were hairs in the shower left from the previous guests id assume. Didn't feel like the shower was completely rinsed out and cleaned. Regardless.. I still intend to visit again at a later time.

Staff before and during the trip sent text messages to see how it was going and if we needed anything at all!! It was Easter Sunday and they had the Easter bunny come out with treats for the kiddos!! If we needed extra towels or toiletries they were immediately sent to our room!! Our view was awesome from the 6th floor !! This was our 3rd time staying there and definitely will be back!! Kid friendly and recently renovated!!

Everything was great!!

We stayed at a place last year that has been a landmark of Daytona for years and it was disgusting. Going in we were a little apprehensive but were pleasantly surprised! When you enter the lobby it is clean and smelled fantastic. Check in was quick and easy. Our rooms were ready and they even were able to switch my mom (83) to a handicap room (I forgot to notify them). Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. *I booked 4 rooms for us.

We had requested to be close together in the North Tower but with the exception of my Mom we were all in the south Tower. Then we had 2 rooms on the 7th floor and 1 room on the 2nd floor. It worked out ok, really just not sure how far in advance you have to book to get what you want. (I booked in Jan) A/C worked great in the common areas but the 2 bedrooms were a little warm. We cranked the fans down to 68 at night to be able to sleep comfortably. Ceiling fans would be a nice addition. The pool is kinda small and shallow, another pool or enlarging the current one would be a nice plus.

The staff is very friendly, friendly and courteous. The hall to the room is very clean. Pool and my room was very clean. i also was pleased that I had a Washer and Dryer in case I needed to wash something instead of going to a laundramat.

The rooms need to be updated especially the furniture. I know some guests are not very careful regarding their room. My room had only a phone in the bedroom. Prior rooms I had one also in the living area.

Adrienne was very helpful with changing our room.

I made my reservation 7 months ago. Described as partial ocean view. We originally were placed on the first floor facing the parking lot. Had an issue that people booking after me got better rooms. Description should state studios are located at the front . I would have booked a different room

close to everything.. like the pool area and the beac is perfect! It was my mother’s 94th birthday week celebration. we have stayed here the two years prior and it’s been great. sadly, my mom passed away while we were here, the day before her birthday. I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for everyone at this resort. They went above and beyond to help me during this difficult and unexpected time. Thank you for your kindness- to everyone, but especially John and the manager of this resort.
