Located right on the beach. Dhasia (spelling may be incorrect) checked us in and upgraded us to beach facing which was really wonderful! The beds were comfortable enough. The inside of the hotel appears to be recently renovated. The bathroom was super tiny but I believe that is due to the age of the building. You can tell it must have been built 30+ years ago. However, it updates do help make it feel newer.

Our room lock stopped working. It took 2 hours to get the room open. It took the supervisor an hour to get the computer to override the lock. Unfortunately, the wait was because the supervisor was the only person with access to the computer. Chico tried helping by changing the batteries in the door but ultimately a computer was needed. All staff were very apologetic for the delay. We were in the processing of packing our vehicle for a 16 hour ride home. Despite this large hiccup, I am pleased with the outcome. The supervisor waived our two night stay due to the issue. I feel this was fair as my husband and I are loyal customers to Hilton.

Everything!!! From the moment I booked and called in I spoke with Caroline, we were 4 different families that were traveling together for Easter weekend! When I spoke with Caroline, I asked if there was anyway that we could either have adjoining rooms or rooms that were close to each other. She did everything she could but the adjoining rooms just depend on what rooms you actually book because we all wanted oceanfront we couldn’t get adjoining rooms, but we could possibly have rooms next to each other and that’s exactly what happened from the moment I made the phone call to the time I got to the hotel all of my family except for one party was able to all be on the fifth floor just one room apart from each other. My other family member arrived really late, but was accommodated as well with the bottom floor pool access patio so we all were very pleased with the accommodations, especially since it was four different families. The rooms were exceptionally big beds comfortable the bathrooms came with conditioner, shampoo, body wash, and let me tell you when you’re traveling with kids. that is one of the best things we also had to pull out couch in a beautiful view of the ocean. There is no doubt in my mind that I will not be booking every time I want to visit the beach. They also had breakfast bagels, cereal, coffee and did I mention check out was at 12. Everything about our experience was top-tier and made a wonderful weekend. Thank you again spark you really made a weekend unforgettable

There are several bad reviews on this place, but don't let that stop you from booking! For the price, this place was fantastic for us! Location is great. Ormand is WAY better then Daytona I think. Staff was fantastic, very accommodating, all you have to do is ask. It's all stil a work in progress, but from the room we had, had brand new beds, view was amazing, pool was awesome. Coffee in the lobby all day, was sweet. Since I LOVE coffee. There is a shortage on towls, but I fully believe that's because people are taking them to the pool, leaving them and asking for more. We brought our own beach/pool towls as usual.

There isn't much to complain about, it's a nice hotel... the DND should be magnets, with the wind they just blow away... A microwave would have been nice, but it wasn't a problem to go into the lobby to use the one there.

The young man at the front desk was amazing. All the workers are courteous. The room is clean.

The tiles in the front of the property in the driveway are breaking up and it gives a bad first impression. The floors in general on the outside of the rooms needs to be resurfaced they are stripping. Apart from that it's OK. I feel like because it has the name hilton attached to it I expected more of a refined look other than that it's good. Does not look like what I would expect from a Hilton though.

Location was BEAUTIFUL especially with having the view from the balcony. Room was very clean, beds were super comfy (minus sofa bed) the pool was nice too! Staff was very friendly as well!! All in all, I’d give our stay for the value (which was great for an oceanfront room) 4 stars!

The sofa bed mattress was very thin and sagged in the middle between the frame bars. Thankfully all three of my children were able to fit on the other queen bed comfortably. Also, the bathroom door must be too big for the frame because you have to use force to make it shut, therefore it was a hassle to go to the bathroom but didn’t ruin our stay.

The hotel and room were extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price and location for an oceanfront room with a balcony was very very reasonable!! Beach access was open and convenient. Breakfast was included and had bagels, muffins, yogurt etc.

The only negative was they charge you $10 for parking. If I’m paying for a hotel room, parking should be included. Also, just a suggestion, would be a beach access with a ramp. This would be easier for those with strollers, wagons, wheelchairs.

The staff made u feel like family which as we all know is so rare these days the room has a awesome view from the 7th floor huge pool killer beach access free breakfast great location definitely will be back especially for the price I don't think you can find a better place to stay

I love everything the only thing I can say is would be 💯 every I need if there was a hot tub would be 💯🔥 But being most places don't even have a working pool I don't think the hot tub thing is the end of world especially when u get free breakfast plus allow pets n have a pool n beach access I'm definitely going to become a regular

Staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were large and clean. The hotel is located close to several activities and in an area on the beach that's not overcrowded.

Not really a dislike, but because of all the rain in the area recently, there was black algae on the pool walls and floor. The chairs by the pool are not very comfortable so next time I'll bring my own. Since there will definitely be a next time these two things obviously are not that big of a deal.

We like it here because there is a pool and the ocean nearby, it is very convenient and comfortable and safe for our children. For children, everything is nearby.

The only thing we didn't like and it was inconvenient was that when we arrived at the apartment, there were no lamps or bulbs near the beds. They were very blinding, but overall the stay was comfortable.👍

Great paint job. Friendly staff. Always love the pool. So happy we were able to check in early without a fuss and got exactly they room we wanted and paid for. Wasn’t always the case when it was best western. We still come back every year but because of how great it was this time we are thinking more than once a year. Thanks for the perfect bday weekend stay!

I’d say the one working elevator but actually it turned out to be a nice thing because everyone staying there was helping out everyone else and chatting because of the broken elevator which made the stay that much better.
