The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just some of the maintenance needs to be fixed. The sink a faucet was broken and the doors need replaced or fixed and painted as there was paint that need to be touched up in a lot of the areas and in the bathroom and also there was expanding foam on the AC unit which needed to be trimmed down and wasn't. I mean just little things but also some of the furniture was in bad shape but other than that really the room is clean so we were happy with that and the staff was very nice while we were there and view was the best. We would definitely come back regardless.

The Location is very good, it is right off of A1A on the beach. It is easy to get to right off of 95 and 40. The bathrooms had been updated and you can tell they are trying to renovate it. It is one of the older hotels on the beach and its nice that they are not tearing down the entire hotel and just upgrading it. If you want to feel like ol'school hotel beach vibe where you have a cheap and cheerful place ON the beach with a great pool too.

Do wish they had another mirror in the room, obviously traveling with kids, particularly girls, the bathroom mirror is a hot commodity. There is plenty of wall space to put up another mirror in the room and perhaps another dresser would be ideal too.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness of the property, as well as my individual room … w/ all the “extras I expected … I am an 80 year “young” Grandmother, and was very impressed & pleased with the utmost respect & consideration I was shown from check-in to check-out. Although I didn’t get the Ocean “Front” Room w/ balcony, as I had reserved, I was given an Ocean “View” Room w/ balcony, closest to the elevator & disabled parking! I lived in Daytona/Ormond Beach, FL., for over 40 years. My children were born & raised there, and where my husband, J. Ford Donohue, D.O., practiced OB/GYN & Family Medicine … The only reason I relocated to Stuart, FL., in 1999, was due to my mother’s illness! I lost her in 2006, at 81 y/o … However, at this moment of my time, I am yearning to return. I’ve placed my desire to return, to what I still call home, and await anxiously & trustfully on the Lord’s Will to be done … Thank you!

Actually, I didn’t observe anything that wasn’t repairable or restorable! The property has so many positive vibes & potential (latent qualities or abilities that may be developed into something more in the future)!

Our room was clean and satisfactory for the price. The location was good for our purpose. The pool was very well kept and clean.

They really need to invest in either fixing or obtaining an ice machine. When it is 92 degrees ice is necessary. Also our door handle did not work properly and we had trouble getting into and out of our room every time.

I had a wonderful stay at Arya Blu Inn and Suites with my kids — everything exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating to our family needs. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for a family. My kids especially loved the comfortable beds and the smart TV for winding down after a busy day. The amenities were great — very clean pool.

that they told us there was plenty of parking when we asked and told them we were bringing our jet skis and they said no problem. Then when we got there they tried to up charge us $10. per day for parking. When there wasn't but 5 other cars in the parking lot. I refused to pay the up charge and they finally agreed when we said that we would just go to another hotel. Oh' and the pillows sucked.

The location was exactly what I wanted . . . on the beach. My room was clean, the bed was comfy, the water pressure in the shower was good, there was an elevator and my room had a separate kitchen with a full size refrigerator , microwave, coffee maker and a two burner stovetop. Please note there were no dishes or pans. The AC and heat worked and was quiet.

The audio on the television needed to be adjusted. I wasn’t sure how to correct the problem (tech challenged). I could have contacted the front desk but frankly, I didn’t watch much TV. The parking lot is small.

All of our expectations were met. The room was a good size, the air conditioner worked good, the refrigerator was large enough for the food we brought. The microwave worked well. The beds were very comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice. The pool area is nice and beach access is good. We are hoping the prices stay in the same range as we plan on returning. They ask for a $100.00 deposit when you arrive. It went back on my credit card the day we checked out....not a problem.

Some people may not like the breakfast selection as it is very limited. We bring our own food so we didn't care. There was coffee which was convenient. FYI: There is a Dunkin Dounts within walking distance.

Our room was 321 very nice, bathroom was very pretty. The kitchen was Ok but had no utensils. We where there 4 days and only got new towels no room service at all, swept the floor or make the beds nothing. The hallway was very hot, and the carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned. Our stay was Ok to spit some of the other things. We will return.
