Everything was clean, many activities, the comedy/magic show was awesome! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The resort was in a great location I parked my car and didn’t get back in it until I departed.

The only tiny bump in the road is they don’t offer lactose options at the ice cream social! They had salted caramel ice cream and I really wanted some, but it was made with whole milk so I couldn’t participate. Other than that, everything was smooth sailing.

Nice accommodations.. loved the 2 br 2 bath with full kitchen. View of ocean from balcony was fantastic. Pool and pool area was great.. loved the tiki bar. Indoor pool and spa was very nice. Rec room in the next building was fun.. so was mini golf. Close to several restaurants and grocery stores. Dominick (maintenance) was super friendly and helpful.. most of staff was helpful and friendly.

Sarah at front desk was fairly impatient.. curt and rude checking in.. and upon checking out Monday we requested from front desk (Sarah again) a bit longer checkout time as Hurricane Debby was passing through area where we were headed home. Sarah rudely denied request. Have never stayed anywhere before that wasn't accommodating in that way.. especially with driving into a storm.

Great location within walking distance to numerous bars. Right on the beach. We had a 2 bedroom apartment (complimentry upgraded from a 1 bedroom apartment) with amazing sea front views. The pool looked nice and big. Unfortunately, we didn't get to go in as we was there on business, and it rained at the weekend when we arrived, although there were a number of people in it during the week still when we returned from work. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed.. couldn't fault it. Will definitely go back in the future.

The facilities were very nice. Pool was very nice. Lots of lounge chairs and patio tables to hang out at. The tiki bar is awesome! We really appreciated the activities that were available --- tye-dye shirts, sand art, putt-putt golf, bingo, etc. The room itself was gorgeous! Location is super convenient to everything! You can pretty much walk to everything you need & all rooms are oceanfront with generous balconies. Only 2 bugaboos.....1) the beds are very springy and uncomfortable and 2) the ice maker in the freezer only creates a small cup of ice every few hours. Otherwise, no complaints!

Really liked the facility ! The room layout is great. Furniture comfortable. Bed was good. Kitchen area excellent. Parking under the hotel.

Having the Air Handler in the main area is bad design. The noise was terrible when it ran. The entrance door wouldn't close without a real effort. Maintenance said it was the weather causing swelling. Very possible but it needs to be fixed so you don't have to slam it shut.

The STAFF is always friendly and professional. Beautiful views from every room in the North Tower. Thai is the best and genuine. Always feel like family.

The weather was the only down fall. However, they really tried to make the stay joyous with free Hot Chocolate and beautiful smiles. Would have stayed longer but work needed us.

The view of the beach and ocean was excellent. Very nice mini golf course. The room was very clean and well laid out. Beach access was nice and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

AC in the room was extremely loud. Parking was limited to underground parking without an elevator - difficult for seniors etc. Bathroom sink is very high, an issue for shorter persons. Was not a fan of the garden tub in the bedroom.

I love it first time there many family members what to come visit your hotel

We where in 3152 and the AC unit in 3151 keep us up all night maintenance came to look at it but no one awsed so we had no sleep.

Room, view, pool, beach, location, lively during day and quiet at night. Staff was very nice and always said hello.

Parking wasn’t a huge problem as they have close by areas but they only give one parking spot for a room that 6 people can stay in. Pool deck could use two gates to the beach. Washer and dryer wasn’t in the room as listed and a restaurant was listed but we didn’t see it. We also didn’t ask about it so that’s our fault.

Easy access to beach was perfect. Prices of tiki hut were fair and the ability to purchase burgers on the property, even though you don’t offer food was great. The staff were outstanding! Our room was perfect location. Hopefully I can get the same room next time:)
