The beach view is okay the building is side ways so the view is sideways if that makes since it’s not a straight on view and the staff are nice but they won’t clean you half to fill out papers and the rooms are very plain no furniture sink had hairs in it from prior tenants could use alittle room maintenance the mattresses under had stains and dog hair on it and the bathroom was in pretty rinky-dink shape and I couldn’t smell I had bronchitis but my husband said the shower water stunk but the pool was so nice and the ocean was nice very family environment nobody ever hardly on the beach and it was spring break so I wa so surprised at how calm it was here and in Daytona over all really good stay after we got use to the little kinks of course!!!

The property was in a great location.

I didn’t like a few things about this resort. First of all, none of the rooms I rented had a mirror in the bathroom. We had an event we needed to get dressed up for, and I couldn’t even use a mirror to get ready so I thought that was kinda weird. The second thing was, our AC unit in the room didn’t work. Like at all. They had a stand up fan in our room, but that to did not work. Also, I’m always thinking rooms on the beach need curtains to keep the sun out in the morning. These rooms had none. It was so bright at 7:00 in the morning, I couldn’t rest anymore. The room got super hot after that. The hotel definitely needed some updates and some money spent.

It was absolutely breathtaking. The view of the beach an pool from the balcony the chairs and table right outside the room the full kitchenette with bowls glasses utensils and a stove top Larger than regular mini frig. Beds were super comfy. The floors were amazing they are all tile and the table inside was just super romantic for our Anniversary. The beach access right out from the pool area. The staff were so friendly and the whole experience was a definite redo. The elevators and rolling racks to get all your belongings in one trip was a great feature. The TV was nice . The Air in the room was super cold.

There was an extremely small round mirror in the bathroom. And it was the only mirror in the room so not being able to dress up and see full self images was a little tricky. It was the only down side . The toilet paper was not stacked for the amount of stay we had so we did have to get extra. But those were not impossible to deal with.

There were chairs and a table on the balcony for each room with a fabulous view of the Atlantic Ocean, the full moon, and a nighttime rocket launch. The room was clean, and the staff eagerly responded to every request. There was a working safe in the room. The refrigerator, microwave oven, and kitchen sink all worked.

There were no chairs or kitchen table in the room. There was no rod or hangers in the closet for hanging clothes. The kitchen counter was small.

The best part of the stay was the comfort of the bed! Best nights sleep!

Under renovation, so gave Grace on some of the dust and dated issues. Pool deck was open ventilation to ocean which is important when you’re in the hot sun to get the air coming through the breaker wall. Manager himself along with Staff was continuously monitoring to keep it clean. Simple space open spacious rooms. Excellent TV options room was convenient to pull deck.

Outside could be kept up better lobby could be more inviting. Landscaping needed.

The resort was so clean and nice. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was great. The view from our room was beautiful, we could see the ocean from our bed. The bed was so nice and comfortable and the refrigerator kept everything so nice and cold. I had read a couple of negative reviews, so just in case, I brought cleaning products with me. There was no need for them. Our room was super clean and smelled wonderful. There were always plenty of parking spaces. We never had trouble finding a space. We will definitely be staying their again.

The only negative was that you have to be careful turning into the parking lot. The street drain is right next to the entrance, making it easy to hit the curb. There is nothing they can do to fix it. Just a heads up when you turn in.

Location was great, right on water.... bed was comfortable.... staff was always nice and friendly, especially Reggie, who put our needs first! ... it was a no frills hotel but had a great price for staying... room was big and clean!

Not having a couch or recliner in the room as pictured! The elevator waiting area is super hot, and there is no air on the elevator either!

I love the view we had of the beach from our room and that there was a pool.

Overall for the price of $88 after tax, it was a great deal but the bathroom walls need to be cleaned . It looked like there was coffee splattered all over it and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers on the shower wall were empty. They did put 2 shampoo bottles on the sink but no conditioner. The bed sheets were stained with some blue ink and there was a hole in the bedding that looked like someone had dropped a cigarette on it. You're charged fees for any stains on the towels and bedding yet they still use the stained sheets. Soft bedding, lounge chairs and a table to dine at was a plus.

Proximity to beach & the staff are so nice - especially Tevin & Goldie

Lighting in parking lot is very dim as are the staircases - used to be brighter. Could be a bit better in overall housekeeping - very dusty blinds but I did see an overall improvement in property maintenance since new owner - nice lounge chairs & umbrellas for shade at pool and the facade was repainted 👍🏻
