Carrie and Tracy (housekeeping) and Rick (maintenance) were absolutely amazing. I received clean towels every day. Garbage was picked up every day. I had a couple of issues in the room and Rick fixed them immediately. I loved that the hotel was pet friendly. Nice hot showers! Wifi was also good. Room was right on the dog beach and 4x4 beach. Bed was comfortable.

There could have been more dishes available in the kitchenette. A broom in the room would have also been helpful. However, there were many brooms around the property so was able to use one of those.

it's the perfect location on the dog beach. Our ocean view room had a big beautiful window that opened so we could hear the waves and see the entire beach. The pool was nice and the lounge chairs by the pool and ocean were very comfortable. There were plenty of chairs for everyone. It is close to several different types of restaurants. The people that work at the hotel were all very friendly which is awesome. :)

The room needed some upkeep. I'm not fussy but there were some things that could be easily fixed....there was no shower curtain liner so the cloth curtain got wet and the batbroom floor got wet when we showered. Our towel bar was pulled off the wall and just sitting there so the towels were on the toiket tank. The coffee pot was great to have but it was dirty when we arrived. We saw some small bugs coming out of the sink drain several times. And the toilet was very quirky...When I reported it right after I arrived, I was handed a plunger. Those things seem like simple fixes...not sure why they were that way.

Amazing staff! Check in was easy!The location was ocean front and we didnt feel like we were right up on the neighbors! The size of the penthouse was perfect for our group(4 adults 2 kids), and there was even an extra bed, so the kids didn't have to share one. The updates make the penthouse feel more modern but the floor plan keeps with the original of the building!

Parking was a bit tricky with a big truck. Small things like a few lights were out or didn't work,Water pressure was a little slow, and the stairs gave us a workout but couldn't beat the price or location!

Location, On-site parking. view. I forgot the gentleman's name. But I. I asked him if I could have a 1 or 2 hour late.Check out due to the fact I was going to go out to a concert, and I would be participating in adult beverages. LOL 😆 THANK YOU SIR !!

The sheets on the bed were dark.It had like some design. I'd prefer just nice clean white sheets. That's more of a mental thing.You know, to open up your bed.Spread, and there's clean white sheets. *** But by no means will this deter me from staying here again.***.

Loved the location. It is right on the beach. Across the street from the Pirates Cove. We are a family on a budget and we love a place like this. Like a home away from home. Tim, the receptionist was awesome. Filled our requests and made us feel welcome. Staff was very friendly and provided us with all our needs.

Property was great. We would like to suggest that they put in a sound system so as to have music playing at the pool.

If you're not looking for fancy if you're looking for clean affordable oceanfront property this is the property for you We had a little kitchenette it was clean it wasn't fancy the bathroom door wouldn't shut but we don't shut the bathroom door anyway so there's my two cents worth

The bathroom door didn't shut and they don't have an elevator and there's three floors

Location was great pool was clean. Beach was so close. Everything worked.

Unit 204 Mildew caulking around the tub. Dead flying ants on toilet and seat. Trim neaded painting. Microwave seamed old and dirty. Entry door locks weathered. Probably should update the coffee maker. They have overcome a lot of pains with the hurricane but need to keep moving forward with a quality maintenance man

Ocean view was lovely. Room was big enough but you could feel that something was off. The quality of air was poor - it smelled like mold. Maybe it was an old AC, I don't know. Besides that everything was rather ok. For a night, it was a good spot. Free parking.

Bad smell in the room.

It was so nice I stayed an extra night with my my pup and a guest in room 102. Rooms aren't fancy, but I had a large green space in front of my patio with comfy loungers, sparkling pool and dog friendly beach. Bring your pool towels. No frills but location and Tia, front desk was extremely friendly. Front view is mini golf course, sunsets, back view. Sunrise 🌅

Gorgeous view of the ocean from our balcony & motel is right on the beach. It was a great pet friendly place to stay adjoined to a dog beach. Our room had a kitchenette which helped save $ by making our own healthy meals. Lots to do in the area. Staff was super nice too.

Parking was a little tight… but it is on an island & square footage is a hot commodity.
