Very close to the beach had a resturant onsite that offered breakfast lunch and dinner. Lots of tables on the pool deck. It’s an owner ran resort. Lots of bingo, and activities. Older gentleman working at night on the desk was very helpful. Can easily walk to multiple locations if wanted.

No umbrellas over the loungers only the tables, if you didn’t get out early to reserve a table, even though it said you can’t, you wouldn’t get a table. Lots of families got tables early and wouldn’t come out to use them until mid afternoon. Had one staff that worked in the day, younger, African America female was the least friendly staff out of all of them.

The activities going on throughout the week were a welcome surprise!. Pool area was nice & relaxing. The unit we stayed in was well stocked and clean. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

So many saved lounge chairs by the pool that had towels but no people in them. Chairs empty for hours. Policy should be to remove towels from unoccupied chairs after an hour of non-use. Also, our coffee maker still had the used filter and old coffee grounds in it when we arrived. Difficult to find a parking spot at night but there was security making people from the restaurant moved if in spots for the resort.

The beach bucket restaurant that is located in the resort was amazing. We ate there every day. The location was also superb. The room was spacious and clean and the pool deck was awesome. They also played the best music. Everyone there was also friendly.

The person who checked us in was not very friendly. At first, I thought it was because maybe he was tired or the dog that was barking close by had him annoyed, but the morning of check out, he was the one who helped us and he just seemed aggravated with us and any questions that we had like, "is this where I put the pool towels?". He was not friendly or welcoming. His personality was very flat and dismissive.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Views were amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great.

The only downside were just that it was older construction so there were some things that were not quite in best repair. The sliding pocket door between rooms didn’t shut perfectly and there were pipe sounds from upstairs neighbors running water.

The room, pool, and pool deck were great. The location was perfect for our needs.

It is extremely noisy early in the morning with housekeeping or other staff rolling carts loudly in the hallway outside the room. It was impossible to sleep beyond 8AM due to the noise.

Room was comfortable with everything we needed. Exceptionally large, well maintained pool. Added bonus was the large Koi pond. We were able to feed them every afternoon! Staff were all very helpful. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. 2 of them were on site!

Sheets were torn, sofa bed was stained. We couldn't get into our room until after 5.

There was broken handy cap chairs in the pool and hot tub. Also pool and hot tub need work because of broken sections. Didn’t like that I had to go buy toilet paper because they put the cheapest in the rooms so it runs out really fast including a family of four and then they only have certain days they hand it out.

Good location, either restaurants and grocery stores at walking distance.

Is an old building in need of a deeper cleaning and a few things should be remodeled, like the bathrooms are too tiny the counter takes a lot of space and the shower are disgusting with mildew. Snacks or food aren’t allowed at the pool sitting area.

Good location, price, easy parking, good kitchens, easy access to the beach, walking distance to restaurants

No blanket in room, only sheets. Staff member asked me if I was staying alone and for how long. Men asking women this is creepy. Staff member did leave me alone after getting blanket and bed pad. I asked for a quiet room away from the ground floor in my request. They said they could accommodate but my room was right over the restaurant on the second floor.

Great location. Love the convenience if the adjoining restaurants and proximity to Publix and other stores.

Parking on the beach in front of the resort hindered our ability to sit on the beach.
