The room we booked was a privately owned one and it was very nice. Everything was clean and well supplied and the owner was very nice and helpful. The view and location was great.

The property itself is in dire need of all kinds of repairs from past hurricane damage. The pools and beach access was closed due to the damage so you have to go around the parking garage to get to the beach. Wasn't far but when you have chairs, umbrella and bags it can seem farther. Everything in the hotel was closed. I know this had to be a really nice place before the hurricanes and hopefully it will get back to that soon.

The Condo had everything I needed. I liked the shower the most, but I enjoyed the whole thing.

The facilities in the building were very "Mweh". Due to hurricane damage, but it seems also neglect on the part of the proprietor. All the elevators on the condo side of the building were out of order with no visible activities on repairing them. Of the 4 remaining elevators at the other end of the building, one was also out of order. The indoor pool was closed. The only remarks I can think of on the condo are that some of the lighting is to harsh white and I could not find a propoer water cooker (kettle). Oh... the dinner plates and bowls are not suited for the microwave.

The price was great and bed was comfortable. Host was amazing and answered any questions I had in timely manner. Even tho we brought alot of our one personal items and food there was all of that in the room. I would stay again in the future.

It was very musty but they did have a dehumidifier in the room. The room was smaller than I expected from the pictures but worked out fine for what we needed. Elevators were sketchy and only 1 worked out the three they had (not the hosts fault for that).

The hotel view of the ocean and cleaningess of the room. Decor 👌and bed linen could have been like the picture portrayed. I enjoyed a day at the beach. The host was great and overall it was nice and I enjoyed my outdoor outing.

No pool, no outdoor lighting at night and having to take out my own trash after paying a cleaning fee. Property didn't meet some of my expectation, I was informed after booking about the pool being closed and renovations from hurricane Ida that happened(2021). Elevator needs to be service because it was doing some weird things like opening when the button wasn't pushed and going up when I pressed lobby😂

Location, super friendly host, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, huge tv, amazing view.

Very slow and unstable internet, different table (smal circle shape) than one on photos (big square) - I was try to work with my laptop using it but it was almost impossible without injury, there is still no pool. Anyway overall experience was positive.

The location was facing the beach and very quiet. The room was absolutely spotlessly clean and you could tell that the staff put effort and attention to detail into their work. The kitchen was completely outfitted with everything you could want except an oven. There were many cleaning supplies available for the room and kitchen. It had a large clean refrigerator. The floor was clean, bed was clean, windows clean, bathroom clean. Effort was put into making this room very comfortable. Very satisfied overall. I felt lucky that I picked this place over the many others available. Great job, staff!

I didn't like that you had to keep the dehumidifier running, but without it the room would become moldy.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and organized. The host was very kind and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The location was great and no doubt the ocean front view was breathtaking! We will definitely return here.

The condo was beautifully and comfortably decorated. It was clean and the amenities were so very thoughtful. The view from the room was amazing and the owner was kind to message me directly thinking I may not have seen her message through Booking.com. My daughter loved the room and the comfortable mattress and decor! We would highly recommend and may be back again next time we visit Daytona!

Beautiful resort. Beachside, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 1 children's spray pool and arcade. The tiki bar food was good, the resort was clean and the bed was comfortable, even the pull out couch was comfortable. The room had beach and pool toys, extra towels, extra blankets and pillows if needed. The host left little treats for the kids and also waters in the refrigerator.

The first night we arrived our door wouldn't lock and The staff was rude when they were told. Maintenance came and explained what was needed and it was fixed. Rooms are privately owned which caused some confusion but it was all fixed and we had a lovely time.

A nice little space. Comfortable bed and nice beach location.

The pools were closed, and I wasn't aware of the pool issue at booking. The elevators didn't work well, and the beach access door was locked when returning from the beach.
