Nice, clean lobby and dining area. The rooms were clean and a nice size for a single or maybe even a couple. I like you had all the cooking supplies needed to fix your own food.

The rooms were clean but the shower needed some major over hauling. The shower head only had 1 setting worth using, and even on that setting you had to stay in the shower longer to rinse off. I hated standing in the water because it wouldn't drain fast enough. The mattress needed to be flip or replaced. You can tell the side closest to the bathroom is the side that most people probably sit or lay on since it's more convenient so that side gets worn down quicker and you can tell when you lay on it.

I liked the fact that the staff was always keeping the hotel clean and presentable. Overall they were very helpful.

There was a guy on staff there that was there alot. He was not friendly to us, but found he was to others he was more familiar with. I brought my drink from my room to the bar area, said I couldn't bring my wine to the bar. This did not make sense to me as we were staying there and I hadn't brought the drink from another establishment. We were meeting our family there who had purchased a drink from him already. He was quite rude about it, so we had to go to the other area to finish our drinks!

The staff was amazing. Sarah and Shiela were excellent!!!! They needed more help but handled everything… If you’re not patient then don’t expect the workers to be patient…. They were very helping and everything we ordered was spot on!!! Food was always good great price and drinks were great as well!!! We had a pain killer drink at a lot of near by restaurants and we thought residence inn tasted best. Staff cleaned and made our bed daily. And switched our towels everyday. Breakfast bar was great as well… we ate there every morning. Coffee and tea bar all night. Pool closes at 10:00.

This isn’t the business/or properties responsibility…There are massive pylons out in the beach when you get kinda get waist high in the water, straight out right in-front of the building…. I almost lost a toe😫…

Quiet location. The staff were friendly each time I would go to the front desk. They would loan out pool towels which was awesome. The room was clean. Loved having a kitchen and a bedroom that was separate from the living room space. The room had everything needed. Felt like we were in an apartment instead of a hotel room. Pool area had plenty of seating. The food was good that we ordered poolside. The included breakfast was also good! Breakfast area could get a little crowded. we loved our stay overall & we would definitely stay again!

We were out of conditioner in the shower, but that was okay, I didn’t feel the need to report it to the front desk, it was no big deal. We did request a crib and the request was approved, but upon arrival there was no crib in the room (again okay, so did not complain and little one just slept with us) the balcony is a little narrow.

The room was huge compared to other places. It was clean, temperature was nice and we had no incidents or inconveniences. The included breakfast was a game changer. It was the most comprehensive continental breakfast I have seen at a hotel and the staff was very attentive to it. Nothing ever ran out. The fact that you had a soda machine with it as well was particularly nice for me who doesn’t drink the normal breakfast drinks. The breakfast was a huge added value and we will compare all of them to yours wherever we stay. This hotel is our new standard and will continue to seek out a Residence Inn wherever we travel.

If you force me to find a negative it would be that the fountains by the pool were not on but with the beach all around you, I barely noticed.

The rooms wore above my expectations. Everything in the room was was exceptional. Cleanliness and hospitality was on point. The breakfast was a plus.

On Thursday when I checked in, The morning desk staff (male) had Avery bad attitude . He did not extend any greeting. Instead, he told me that I would have been 15 minutes later, he would have given my room to someone else. did not explain the amenities or even how to use the elevator. I also watched him talk to other customers in the same manner. The staff that worked with him walked away when they saw him speak to other visitors in the manner in which he spoke. Please do something about him.

The size of the king studio was impressive. Plenty of room for our small family to be comfortable. Breakfast was good every morning and the staff members were all chatty and friendly:) Location was ideal for walking to and from restaurants and shops. And the sunrises over the Atlantic were breathtaking

The pool was much smaller than pictures would lead you to believe. But it was still nice for our kids. It was, however, very dirty. There was also a "drunken straggler" who was able to just walk right up from the beach and hop in the spa pool. The staff handled it well, but some security at the beach gate (like key card access) would make sense and give traveling families some more sense of peace.

We loved the ocean front hotel. We loved having the heated pool overlooking the ocean. I appreciated the clean towels in the lobby to take for a swim. The lobby was very clean and endless coffee was available. The food was great for breakfast, and the breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive. We appreciate the kind staff at the lobby. We loved our 2 bedroom room. It was super comfortable and very clean.

We thought we were getting a room facing the Ocean be we were put in a partial view. We enjoyed the room we were given and sat out on the balcony every day! The balcony could use some TLC. The pool was great was in a few times! We enjoyed watching the kids playing in it. The stairs down to beach was a little difficult due to me having a bad hip. Need a better rail on both sides

I loved the heated pool and Paul was fantastic while checking in! We truly enjoyed our 1st vacation! We had a few issues but Sandy took great care of us. The suite we had was really nice and had a full kitchen equipped with dishes!

The balconies were very tiny and were hard to lounge out on and wished they had some sort of included evening snack/meal for the price paid.
