staff was great !!

didnt like that had a room with no balcony and couldnt change anthing because i used booking .com.next time ill reserve thru the property itself

Overall it was clean and near a lot of restaurants

The room gave off a strange odor when we first walked in.

Water was dark and lacking hot water. I did have warm water for shower.

Breakfast area was clean, roomy and comfortable. Food was good and food staff was very friendly. I wanted to have a room on the ocean so I could see the sun rise and watch the waves. Our room was perfect for what I wanted. The pool area was closed due to the hurricanes, but it was too cold to swim anyway. I would differently stay here again if we were going to be in that area.

The balcony door was a little hard to open, but I attributed that to salt water from hurricanes.

HIDDEN FEE !!! They advertise private parking, yet they did not tell you that they charge $15.17 per night,until you check out and ask about getting your $100 incidental fee back. That’s not a good policy…

Clean and convenient

The WiFi was nonexistent. Please fix that. We stayed for 6 nights with 2 kids and the nonexistent internet made it very challenging. The cleaning staff on our floor was rude and disrespectful. It seemed like he was bother by our simple request for extra towels.

Room was very comfortable. Appreciate the sofa as well as a chair (hubby sometimes need to sit up during the night, so needs a chair). Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Nothing you can do, but am sorry to see the damage that beach erosion has done to the property.

The ocean view was amazing!!! My stay was quiet and relaxing while enjoying the views

The bed was extremely hard for my liking. I would have added another night if the bed was not so uncomfortable. All hotel beds I have stayed at , their beds are hard for me. Lol

Our stay was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was updated and very clean. The view from our balcony was amazing. Will definitely stay there again!
