I came in after traveling all day. I called first before booking online. Matt was very polite and helpful. I booked on Booking .com and pulling up saw that it was an older facility that was spruced up. My room was so clean, lovely bedding and great towels! On my way back up north I stopped for a second time. Beach and pool are just a step away! Great value, super great location!

Nothing I didn’t like but I’ll be back when the get the pool bar open!

The outer appearance of the hotel could use some work and when booking our room the picture showed a kitchen, but the room we booked didn't come with one so a suggestion would be to make sure the pic shown matches the room booked.

Walking distance to beach, staff was great

Shower broke when I was showering but they fixed it immediately. But should have been checked before I arrived. No pool access, But most hotel pools are totally damaged

The room was well decorated and comfortable. Linens from bedding to bath towels were soft and good quality. The kitchenette had supplies but we enjoyed going across the street for meals. A/C was quiet as well as the rooms. One of the nicest hotels we stayed at. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't believe our luck finding this hotel.

I liked that fact that the facility was clean, and the staff was very helpful, and pleasant.

The vending machine didn't work properly, but the youngman in the office was very helpful, and took care of it. He was GREAT!

I absolutely loved the property !! The pictures don’t do the room justice, the room is 10/10. Way more amazing in person. I loved the BoHo theme in the room and the shower is very spacious. Pool area is also amazing, plenty of seating space and very easy access to the beach !!

Nice location. Directly next to beach. No breakfast offered, but nice diner across the street with very good and plentyful food.

Walls could be thicker. Heard children after 11pm shouting and playing through the ceiling. Also some damage (from flooding?) on ground floor furniture. The pool, outdoor area and beach access got destroying during a storm and have not been rebuilt at the time of our visit (April 2023 - most other hotels had the same problem, though. Some were actually still fully closed). Beach access was possible one block away through El Portal drive - only 350 yards away.

Loved the location! Beuatiful views of the ocean! Can hear the waves crashing! Easily walkable to Daytona beach. Coffee, breakfast across the street. We chose a kitchenette room, it was a bit small, very tiny kithcen counter space. Fridge was bigger, than standard small one, had a freezer to refreeze our ice packs for our cooler. The counter in bathroom was a good size!

Update the beds, and furniture in the rooms.

Ocean view & pool were great! Room was adequate.

No sleeper sofa as described.

Large bathroom, clean, they have guest laundry

AC would not cool lower than 76 in early August. Thermostat lite up all the time and had to put face cloth over to be able to sleep.
