Absolutely beautiful..the view from my Room was breathtaking..my kids loved your pool and hot tub...will be back

Everything captured was true. Clean, very friendly even with issues we had and very quick to resolve room issue. Would stay there again.

Not enough breakfast available, ie not enough milk, not enough juice (only had orange and it had previously frozen which makes it taste awful) and not enough cereal (large bowl only held about 6 or 7 and with approx. 108 rooms, that's not enough). We were supposed to have a King room and the first room was a queen. Brought it to their attention where they quickly accommodated us and said they were giving us a room with 2 kings and when we got to room it was 2 queens. I think the front desk didn't know what a king was or they are falsely advertising kings and they only have queens. Will be letting Booking to look into it.

Marc, the manager, is just the best host ever, you can’t get any better than that. Even though I was only there for a night, just a regular visitor who booked the cheapest room with views to the city, he showed me the penthouse with ocean view and out of his own will, he offered me a free upgrade to the ocean side. Great location in a not too busy spot of the beach, pool and hot tub are nice. It’s better to skip breakfast, it’s just prepacked stuff and coffee but that’s what you get on a budget.

Spectacular view! Being right on the beach was very nice. Pool and hot tub were maintained well. Staff were very friendly. Mark, the manager, was very attentive and is very friendly and helpful whenever you need anything. If you love being able to walk out of the hotel directly onto the beach then this place is for you.

I love the location close to restaurants. I love ❤️ my oceanfront room, # 705 . The beds were king-size very comfortable. Three people can sleep in on bed. I love the kitchenette supplies all the utensils, pots,glasses, and plates. There was a nice size refrigerator. I will definitely recommend this hotel to stay at. There was continental breakfast, I like it because I'm really not a big breakfast person.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was a one car pass per room. I had another guess traveling the next day. But the front desk assured me that it's fine, for the other guess to park the car without a parking pass. I'm just glad my guess car wasn't towed.

Only stayed one night but we enjoyed our visit. The room was spacious and very clean. It does need a little updating, but other than that everything was great. The front desk person and manager were very nice . The elevators were super quick and the view from our room, of the beach was spectacular! The price was very good for an ocean front room. Bed was very comfortable with ample, nice, fluffy pillows.Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

It’s central to everything we did, the room was spotless until I spilled my coffee 🤣, but I cleaned it up… The staff was the very best. The two ladies Jodie and Trish) who ran the front desk were the nicest and most respectful you could ever want to meet. They went the extra mile or two not only for us, and I saw them do the same for another person.

The (minor thing to improve on) only thing that the coffee brand they use in the room’s is not so good and weak. and making sure that there is sugar and creamer as well. Like I said it’s a minor thing.

The manager Mark was outstanding yet again. We stayed here 2 yrs ago celebrating our birthdays. We got the same treatment from. Mark and his staff. Exceptional service, true caring of his guest. Accommodate attitude towards making our stay a wonderful memorable experience. Mark is a major part of our decision to stay here again. Take care of him and his team they deserve it.

I would be happy with newer beds. But honestly, for the value, we couldn't complain

Location was on the beach with a beautiful view. Good location.

The room could use some repairs or fixings. The bed base underneath looked to have received water damage, which I noticed looking to make sure kids didn’t leave anything behind. Bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work which made bathroom very steamy, also shower head could be replaced as well. Fridge had some rust on the bottom so that should also have to be looked into as well.

Great location and beach access, no issues parking a vehicle even if returned late the the property. We didn't try the breakfast but there was one. Staff was overall very polite and helpful

The lobby and main guest areas are sadly in need of renovations/upkeep. Just appeared worn and dirty even if it wasnt. I was a little nervous checking in when I saw it honestly but the room was VERY clean and well kept.
