Perfect view of the beach. Different options for pools whether if it’s an out door pool or in door pool. Even had a small pool for kids. Amazing hot tub. Easy access to our rooms. I would definitely come again as it was recommended to me from our friends. Also they allow you to pay extra for day you leave if you want to stay till 5pm instead of checking out at 11am so you can enjoy your last day if your in no rush.

I pre-requested for extra towels and pillows when I booked. Then were told there was no extra pillows to be given. By 8 year old son asked every single day from Friday to Sunday night about it. Per adding the spend the last day till 5pm, the staff needs to make sure they tell the customers the correct pricing. As we were under the impression it was one price the day before when we went to ask & was told we couldn’t do it till day of & the next morning we could’ve added it at any point during our stay and the price we were told was not the correct price, it was a whole lot more.

Cora was amazing.! Check in was easy and quick.! Accommodated very well to any questions we had.! Beautiful staff and very nice.! The hotel rooms we booked were clean and very nice.! Loved we were right on the beach as well.! A very beautiful place and would stay again.! I would recommend this hotel with no doubts.!

The rooms right in the beginning by the office. For kids it’s not an ideal placement; but other than placement of the first few rooms amazing.!

We liked the cool guy who checked us in quickly. We liked the room size and the daily clean towels. We especially liked the two sinks, one in and one outside the bathroom door. We enjoyed the hot tub in the gazebo. We appreciate the enclosed patio pool and were were glad to have a balcony inside the enclosed pool since the weekend was rainy and cold. In nice weather I am not so sure we'd appreciate the first or second level. We enjoyed the hot tub especially because the beach was not an option due to the weather.

The first night several inconsiderate people got in the pool from 1am to 2 am. And the loud, echoing bang of the gate each time a person went through it sounded like construction or deconstruction was going on. I realized what the sound was the next day when I went through the gate. We didn't like that coffee is not provided in the room. We waited for the Kafe to open to buy cups of coffee and juice. We overlooked the coffee available in the lobby. Only noticed it was there when checking out. 🤪 The last morning we noticed a gasping hole the hot tub seat, creating a geiser. It was not like that the previous day we had used it. This will need to be inspected/repaired! Also, the knob had been pulled off one the right side timer.

So we booked through booking.com, we didn't know they had economy rooms. We got there late but the ladies are so nice in the office the very next morning she upgraded our room. Not sure that would happen late June or July because of vacancy. She was awesome and I know how to book next time. Would go back knowing how to book next time.

No outdoor pool, no hot tub and no slide but hey it's early in the season and they were working on it and kept all the facilities clean and took care of us with no problems. I will Def go back! Everyone was friendly!

Our first time staying at SunViking Lodge I’ve stayed all over Daytona & will stay here again! Comfy beds, full kitchen stocked to cook, beautiful views of ocean, spotless room & grounds, wonderful staff & loved the cafe by the pool for breakfast & lunch the cook was awesome! 10 out of 10 will recommend to friends to stay & will be back next year!

Room 125 was quiet and great by the indoor pool and kafe (when it was open...only able to use it for breakfast Saturday morning...and it was delicious). Thank you for the towel gift...my grandson loved it...I like that everyone you talked to have been coming back to revisit the Lodge for many years...I too have been back and will continue...Love your strict policies...thank you very much Phil Mikalik

It didn't seem like the floor was swept very good...the room and sheets were very nice...bed was comfortable...I think I killed one little spider and another type bug...don't know what it was... I don't like that coffee is not available in lobby earlier...I am an early riser

We booked through a third party but when we got to the hotel we wanted a balcony room. Myron and Heavenly greeted us and helped upgrade our room with ease! Amazing customer service. Nice, friendly and accomodating! Would definately go back!!! Great views, great pools, great location!!! Thanks Myron and Heavenly for helping us make our vacation so much better!!!

Sun Viking Lodge is located right on the beach. Beautiful view with quick access to Florida's beach. The hotel had both a hot tub and a heated swimming pool. Also, the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and grocery centers.

This is my favorite place to stay while on vacation in Daytona. The only thing I don’t particularly like about the hotel is how thin the walls are. You can hear your neighbors talking. However, it is not super bad.

Pool both. Disappointed the slide wasn't there but understood the weather took it out looking forward to it next time also loved the beach was so close

Nothing just wish the food place near the pool was open The side lights near the bed wasn't working and not enough plugs in the room 😕

The property is great we are a group that are regulars at the sunviking but I guess the new management don’t like to return messages

Management doesn’t return calls and is not honoring us as a group of many stays is raising the price of stay ridiculously
