The fact we got a room last minute

I think if you are a guest paying $300 plus a night you should not have to pay an additional fee to park on the premises its like they couldn’t squeeze enough out of you so they make you pay to park was a disappointment that should be in the price that you pay for the room like where else are we gonna park? Our first morning there we were woke up by someone banging on the door yelling housekeeping before I gould pull myself up the housekeepers unlocked our doorand enteted the room then turned around and walked out so what was that all about?

First and foremost, the staff. Every single person was responsive, caring and efficient, from the front desk to the breakfast area to housekeeping. We were not there for vacation; we were there to sort out a friend's divorce situation, so a safe, clean place with kind people was exactly what was needed. Second, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the coffee was great. Third, the room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were great.

Due to the storms of last year, the pool area was being rebuilt so that wasn't available. Certainly not the hotel's fault. One of the elevators had a problem, but the staff worked hard to resolve it.

Breakfast was good. Had lots of options for everyone. Our room view was wonderful!

I didn't see anywhere when checking on the hotel that the pool was not available. Due to hurricane Ian there is still a lot of destruction and the pool doesn't exist. This should be listed as some of the hotels still have functioning pools.

View was amazing especially during breakfast! Access to the beach was very convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The size of the room was smaller than expected especially for the price we paid for it due to a peak weekend. It would be awesome if in the future the hotel offered beach necessities for people who travel in, such as beach towels/chairs, etc.

I liked everything about the property. The price for one night could have been better. The breakfast bar was not utilized due to diet restrictions. Gluten and dairy. Non meat eater. But, we did enjoy the coffee availability and also the little market area.

Price. Parking also was tight. Disability parking was limited as well. Does anyone check the parking lot?

Breakfast was OK. Kids enjoyed it so that was a plus.

Everything for the most part was really good. The room was clean. The staff was for the most part really nice every time that we would need something like toiletries or extra towels they would get it for us. No questions asked, but there was one or two staff members that was just not very nice, but we did not let that ruin our stay there

Great location, was very clean. Pool area was very nice. Room was clean and smelled so good!

Only one elevator was working which made getting down from the sixth floor take some time. I did take the stairs to go up to my room but was not able to get the doors to the stairs to go down to open which did make me nervous in case of emergency.

Beach side and close to our family that lives there. We loved being on the second floor and had easy access to the stairs.

Elevators did not work, and we did not feel safe using them. Only 1 elevator was working, but once inside, it did not light up the floor number it was on. Housekeeping only gave 1 roll of toilet paper on the holder, and that was partially used. Upon loading our luggage for checkout, housekeeping had her cart blocking our room, making it difficult to leave.

NO POOL... they should have told us on booking horrible parking...we had to park across a busy road at 11PM

Free breakfast and comfortable bed.

No pool and not enough parking.
