Smoothest check in ever. Staff was super friendly with great local recommendations and the room was very clean, had everything I needed. Appreciated the hangers for my work clothes and the luggage rack. Shower was hot and plenty of towels. The bed was super comfy! I ended up sleeping in and didn’t want to get up. A short walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Public transit bus stop was right across the street. I would definitely book again.

Everything was great. I would appreciate a Roku or Smart TV but appreciated the TV had cable and was easy to use. I spent most of my time outside of the room anyway so didn’t mind.

Though it is older and a small hotel with only like 10 rooms total, they have completely remodeled it and it was one of the nicest, low cost motels I have been to in Daytona. We went for one night. Virtual check-in is super easy, and staff texts you back right away when you have any questions or needs. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!! AC was freezing, which we loved! Bathrooms clean with filtered shower heads, mini fridge and freezer were good size too. Was pleasantly surprised that it actually looked like the photos and smelled so clean when we got there.

My main thing, and why I gave it a 9 and not a 10, was because there was no hair dryer and every hotel I've ever been to has hair dryers. We were going out that night and I couldn't wash my hair because I couldn't dry it in time, but everything else was great!

Great location, so close to the beach and options for food, grocery stores, shops by the beach. The bed was so comfortable, spotless clean room, huge TV. The owner is absolutely amazing and has been so friendly and helpful! She even got my Apple Watch back for me after I left it at the beach and someone from the place across the street turned it in. I’ll definitely stay here every time I come to Daytona Beach!

No TV in the bedroom and a small futon in the living room for sitting.

Don't let the outside of the facility scare you it is just a long center block building with about eight doors but once you open up the door to your room you'll be very surprised it's quite nice especially for an overnight stay like we did on our way to Florida. The bed was comfortable in the rooms stay cool and it was a good location in Daytona Beach close enough to restaurants and right across the street from the beach.

As a single female traveler, I felt very safe. The room was clean and smelled amazing. Comfiest bed I have ever slept on. I have horrifyingly bad insomnia. This was the first full night of sleep I've had in 8 months! The room was so so so cute! Great bathroom with step in shower. I can't wait to go back. There's a small park with beach access. Took me about a minute to drive there.

I had never used a lock box before. So it took me longer than I'd like to admit to figure out how to get the key out. The room was the perfect size just for me. However, it is tiny. I couldn't imagine sharing it with another person. There's no table so if you decide to eat in your room, you'll be eating on the bed or floor which was perfectly fine with me.

All as described. Very clean and comfortable, and very good value for money.

The fact that we got lucky by just catching house keeper before she left the premises. She said she could not send a reply to my text message regarding code for lock on the room door as we have an international phone number( we are from U.K) . Not sure what would have happened had we missed her. I suggested she use What's App to be in contact with guests to send lock box code in future if she cannot text message guests international guests..

The hotel is one of the classic, family run properties that was common in the 1960's and 1970s. However, unlike other run-down properties in Daytona Beach, this one has been renovated, modernized, and is truly an immaculate property. Our room was quiet, private, and literally steps from the beach. The location could not be better too, as there literally a boardwalk to the beach immediately across the street from the property. The owner Melisa was the epitome of professional and accommodating. The property was clean, and the owners even went to great lengths to make sure the off-street portions of the property received regular upkeep and maintenance. The bed was even amazing. Cannot say enough great things about this property. Note, we also travel for surfing, and never once worried about the safety of our gear while on this property.

This is a hidden gem, it looks basic on the outside but is so clean and cozy in the rooms. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. Close enough to everything you need but away enough to give you peace and quiet to sleep after a long day of adventures. We would stay again on our next trip. Hot showers, clean rooms, responsive staff via text, fridge, coffee pot and hairdryer in rooms.

It was close to the water and super quiet! We literally walked across the street and the ocean was right there. Bed was clean, ac blew cold, and the bathroom was clean and stocked with towels. We had our door lock have low battery so we contacted the maintenance and she came within 20 minutes to open the door and it was like 10 at night. I would stay here again!
