We would like to have been able to access the beach while the pool was under construction but understand now that we were there. That was a little unclear beforehand. There were many cheerleaders there for competition and they blocked the pull through for vehicles and ran quite a bit upstairs at night. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It will be very nice once the pool area and patio are done. Our views was great The location was good. Very close beach access. The AC was a little touchy. One bed was more comfortable than the other. Overall we had a very nice family stay.

The location was great. The staff was wonderful, and the grab and go breakfast was the best I’ve had.

The things I didn’t like are things that could not be helped. A storm has came through and destroyed most of the hotels on the strips pool. There was no pool or beach access at the hotel. There is beach access just on the other side of the hotel next door and it was not a far walk.

The staff was fully transparent regarding no pool or direct beach/ocean access and they offered the opportunity to cancel in an email sent right after booking. We were ok with the situation and kept our reservation. Happily, we were allowed to check in early and walk to the public beach entrance just down the street. We had an ocean front king room with an amazing view (if you looked past the construction below). Coffee & breakfast was acceptable for our one-night stay. I recommend everyone just take it for what it is and keep your expectations in line. For this being a boutique 2-star hotel oceanfront, it is a value and the staff does a good job of making sure guests are comfortable. We had no issues with parking, and it was Labor Day weekend.

The rooms are not completely renovated. Painted walls, bathroom is somewhat upgraded but the toilet seat wouldn't stay up, so my husband had to hold it up every time he used it. The bathroom is small and opening/closing the door is tight against the shower & toilet. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, like an old memory foam mattress, and the pillows were hard as a rock. The safe didn't operate, no battery? The overall room, however, is quite spacious with a kitchenette and table. Small balcony, we couldn't really sit as the chairs were very sandy and the a/c is right there, but the view was perfect.

Awesome staff entire place was spotless. Despite the fact that the property still had damage from previous storm. They informed us of the fact that there was no beach access or pool as soon as we booked. This is an older hotel but there are so many positives the negatives need no mention. In fact the coffee options were incredible and free! All of the staff was super attentive to all our needs. It was jeep week and we were on motorcycles. The two young lady’s that worked evenings at the desk made sure we had parking with the hotel being full with all the over sized monster jeeps that filled the lot. Wish I could remember there names. With all this being said our experience was on point every one working there showed ownership in there job/position great team effort was put forth to make our stay first class. We hope to make this an annual stop.

With the fantastic service that we received the few small items that need attention is not worth mentioning

This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff. This is not the Hilton by no means but for my stay with their pool and beach access closed the room was incredibly priced. The room was spacious and while the beds are not the most aesthically pleasing they did sleep well. Shower had plenty of hot water and towels. I would and will stay here again assumming once the pool and beach access is restored that the prices do not jump significantly.

I loved the stay in this hotel. It is small but clean, quiet, with an amazing view from the balcony and really friendly staff. It is the perfect place to watch the sunrise from the balcony, beach access was closed as force majeure a couple years ago, but there is beach access just next to the hotel. The beach is amazing, clean and not crowded. We were lucky to see dolphins swimming in the sea from our balcony.

I would recommend replacing the doors into the rooms or at least seal them, as the door was not sealed we could hear people in the corridor. As the hotel is small it was not disturbed as, but still, it would be a good improvement.

The place is in great location, great staff amenities etc., The WiFi was very fast. the bed was super comfortable The atmosphere is very quaint and has a homelike feeling, The parking is free and right next to front door.

The only thing We noticed was wear and tear the refrigerator was not in tip top shape. the railing on the balcony were very pitted the chairs on balcony were recently painted but there were several areas the paint missed. The ceiling panels in the hall were old looking. just some minor things but its a Very Nice hotel just needs some TLC

Everything. The staff is kind and courteous. Smiles and laughter all around. I do have to say this stay was the most comfortable and inviting that I have ever encountered on a trip.. The 24 hr coffee machine is a fabulous bonus. The view is perfect. Rooms are clean and super cute. The tiny kitchenette with full size refrigerator can't be beat. Keeping in mind the construction of hurricane repairs I look forward to returning when everything is finished and enjoying a few days poolside.. Side note** the Complimentary Guest Services Station** is the best thing I have ever seen 😁 ... Such a wonderful idea!!

The elevator, but I don't like them any place.. Steps are always a better option for me personally.

The view of the ocean was amazing with the sun rising. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very close to so much to do. Walked across the street for a very inexpensive breakfast in the mornings. Ask staff about Alexander Springs. Beautiful place with beautiful clear spring water. Temperature is nice and cool when the ocean is to warm 🥰

Didn't like they offer breakfast but not a continental one. No bacon eggs, pancakes, waffles, French toast. Nothing of that nature. Quite disappointed about that. Glad there is a breakfast place across the street called "cracked egg" At least coffee was available all day long and popcorn 😁

Going out to the balcony and sitting, relaxing to the sights n sounds of the Atlantic. Plus being beach front, n for the price it's a great little place to stay at that I just happen to stumble upon in 2020 the first time we booked for Welcome to Rockville

Cannot think of anything, it would be nice to be able to smoke sometimes, but then again....not really because my son hates the smoke. We will book again, wish I could for Rockville 2025 but for some reason its just not coming up to be able to be booked
