We loved the location and multiple pools. The balcony was a nice size, and we could see the ocean from the side which was a nice added bonus we were not expecting. There were also plenty of extra sheets for the pull out and pillows which was great! The process to pay to park was super simple and a great experience.

The AC vent in the bedroom was VERY loud when it was running. There was no shampoo in one of the bathrooms, but we brought our own so that wasn't too big of a deal for us. Lastly, getting from the beach/pool area to the room was a little difficult having to go through the side of the building and back by the front desk just to get to the elevators.

I love the CCP 2 resort. I have stayed there off, and on for many years. I know it at its best and its worst, and I keep going back. The location to Flagler Ave (where all the shops, bars, and eatery's are) is walkable, and that is the main draw for me. The beach is beautiful and very close, with 2 pools as well. My room had a balcony with an ocean view, and was clean for the most part, my biggest like was, Dominick, at the front desk. He was made to be in customer service! Very accommodating and seemed to truly love his job. He made my stay even better.

There was only 1 out of 2 elevators working. It's been that way for at least 2 years, but they are making progress.

It was nice but very expensive but I was very disappointed because there were no movie channels. There was no HBO or Showtime. The only channels they had on the TV was basic cable and I thought with it’s $250 a night they should’ve at least have at least one or two movie channels

There were no movie channels on the TV or no movies to rent. I couldn’t believe we had to pay $10 a day for parking. All the other hotels I’ve stayed at at all the other beaches in Florida never charged for parking.

Everything went well. When we got there didn't have one of our 3 rooms that we booked and paid for on there records, But Dominick quickly fixed that situation for us.

Our bedroom lights would come on in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Or the ceiling fan would go off while we were sleeping. The front desk tried to play it off as an "electrical problem", but we talked to many others (cleaning staff) that said that they had experienced bathroom doors slamming while they were cleaning along with the light and ceiling fan situation also. Hey, if it's a Haunted Hotel, it was still an AMAZING stay. Parking was a disaster, once you find a spot, you didn't dare move your vehicle.

Great location, perfect size for us! The bed was so comfortable.

The shower pressure was terrible. We had two units and the one unit the air was not working. We contacted the front desk and he told me that maintenance would be there in the morning. Morning came and no one came to look, went and notified the morning staff and the lady said they knew it was broken than went back to doing whatever she was doing. No one ever came and looked at the ac. We used the pull out bed in the sofa instead since the air worked over in that unit

The location was amazing and we had an ocean view room. The building itself is a bit beat up, torn awnings, peeling paint etc. the unit was nice but same thing with needing a little rehabbing and maybe new couch etc. All that being said the location was perfect (not far from downtown but far enough to avoid some of the craziness) and having a small pool to use was also nice. I would stay here again.

the rooms were very clean, very spacious and exactly what we expected. the kitchenette has most everything needed if there was coking to be done, the only thing we couldn't figure out was the coffee maker (that was probably because we were just unfamiliar with it not the hotels fault). The balcony was very nice and even though it didn't look right at the beach, you could still hear it and see it off to the side. The pool was very accessible and well kept, and the beach access was a nice perk. Walkable to Flagler Avenue, which gave us good options for things to do. would definitely stay again.

Maybe instructions for the coffee maker/TVs in the bedrooms- We thought we had things figured out but didn't, but it was probably just because we were unfamiliar, not really the hotels fault.

I booked this resort in spite of some of the reviews. I AM SO GLAD I DID!. What a nice little hotel/resort that is super close to everything on Flagler Ave. We totally enjoyed our stay and the price point was very good.

The bad reviews that did not measure up to the actual resort. I am not sure what the deal is but you can not do better for the price and this resort.

The location was perfect for us! We were right on the beach and a 10 minute walk to a bustling shop and food area. It didn't take us over 10minutes to get anywhere! You can wake up in the morning and roll out of bed an onto your balcony or the beach - it was fantastic!

The directions/signage outside of the hotel is a bit confusing. WE got in late at night and had a hard time finding our room because our room number didn't fall into the signage. Luckily, Dominik was a great staff person who patiently walked my family and I over.

This was a great stay with wonderful staff. Our room was clean & there were two sinks to get ready. They were at a great location. There was plenty of room at the pool and the beach. This place was within walking distance from a lot of restaurants & shopping centers. The staff was very welcoming & willing to help with any questions. There was laundry facilities. I would definitely stay here again!

The AC in our room was very loud & our fridge needed to be cleaned.
