The location was perfect…on the beach and within walking distance to Flagler Avenue’s restaurants and shops. Great spacious layout inside and out.

I wish I was able to get a full oceanfront room. However, it was 4th of July week and very busy, so I understand. The partial view was wonderful. I could see the coast up to the jetties and even the lighthouse.

The location is incredible! We stayed a week and only got the car out once. The beach is steps away. The pool was clean with lots of chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast was very nice.

The bar can make a few things, but there is no restaurant. We ate lots of places. The vibe is pretty loud and boozy. A quieter option would have been nice.

The location is fantastic. It is on the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. Clean and attractive Lobby. The Starbucks on site made our coffees perfectly all week! Good cocktails and Friday entertainment.

The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious but the bathroom in the center of the room, in front of the beds was awkward. It is difficult not to disrupt sleeping family at night. Also, the mirror was hung by someone at least 5 8”. My mom, daughter and I could only see half of our faces (in it). Small kids or teens wouldn’t be able to use the mirror at all.

One: Three adults in room and housekeeper refused to give us extra towels. So man from down stairs brought us towels. Two: Post missing to the right of gate to prevent children from entering pool area unsupervised. So I saw two children squeeze thru the area of missing post to enter pool area. I am a nurse of 37 years and took care of drowned children permanently on ventilators. Three: Someone improvised for missing post by placing a piece of half inch PVC pipe to the right of gate.

The location is amazing. Friendly staff.

Bed was uncomfortable, the details weren’t clean ( like the wall behind the garbage). The outlet next to the bed didn’t work. It was a four port station, and none of the plug-ins worked. I tried both my charger and my husband’s to make sure it wasn’t our charging block.

The location was amazing right on the beach! Beautiful views of the ocean! This was our 3 rd stop on our road trip & the breakfast was the best! We loved the hippie vibe of New Smynar Beach Town! Everyone was so friendly!

We did have a noisy neighbor but it quieted down by 11:00 so no worries.

shower floor was slippery no handrail for support in side of shower only front which is not effective. Trouble getting hot water bath sink. noise outside building repair and painting right a room window

Breakfast did not have bread, only bagels, only scrambled eggs and sausage. no hash browns, I was there all week, and only had waffles and bacon once during our 5 day stay.

Nice area

Loved the way I was greeted at check in; genuinely friendly gentleman. The hotel is in an EXCELLENT location easy access to all shops and restaurants. Very clean rooms.

There could be lighting at the pool after dark. I didn’t like that I had to pay to park in the hotel garage One of the elevators was not working.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had plenty of great choices and the dining area was clean and large.

Nothing
