I love the CCP 2 resort. I have stayed there off, and on for many years. I know it at its best and its worst, and I keep going back. The location to Flagler Ave (where all the shops, bars, and eatery's are) is walkable, and that is the main draw for me. The beach is beautiful and very close, with 2 pools as well. My room had a balcony with an ocean view, and was clean for the most part, my biggest like was, Dominick, at the front desk. He was made to be in customer service! Very accommodating and seemed to truly love his job. He made my stay even better.

There was only 1 out of 2 elevators working. It's been that way for at least 2 years, but they are making progress.

Everything went well. When we got there didn't have one of our 3 rooms that we booked and paid for on there records, But Dominick quickly fixed that situation for us.

Our bedroom lights would come on in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Or the ceiling fan would go off while we were sleeping. The front desk tried to play it off as an "electrical problem", but we talked to many others (cleaning staff) that said that they had experienced bathroom doors slamming while they were cleaning along with the light and ceiling fan situation also. Hey, if it's a Haunted Hotel, it was still an AMAZING stay. Parking was a disaster, once you find a spot, you didn't dare move your vehicle.

the rooms were very clean, very spacious and exactly what we expected. the kitchenette has most everything needed if there was coking to be done, the only thing we couldn't figure out was the coffee maker (that was probably because we were just unfamiliar with it not the hotels fault). The balcony was very nice and even though it didn't look right at the beach, you could still hear it and see it off to the side. The pool was very accessible and well kept, and the beach access was a nice perk. Walkable to Flagler Avenue, which gave us good options for things to do. would definitely stay again.

Maybe instructions for the coffee maker/TVs in the bedrooms- We thought we had things figured out but didn't, but it was probably just because we were unfamiliar, not really the hotels fault.

Great location, perfect size for us! The bed was so comfortable.

The shower pressure was terrible. We had two units and the one unit the air was not working. We contacted the front desk and he told me that maintenance would be there in the morning. Morning came and no one came to look, went and notified the morning staff and the lady said they knew it was broken than went back to doing whatever she was doing. No one ever came and looked at the ac. We used the pull out bed in the sofa instead since the air worked over in that unit

The location was amazing and we had an ocean view room. The building itself is a bit beat up, torn awnings, peeling paint etc. the unit was nice but same thing with needing a little rehabbing and maybe new couch etc. All that being said the location was perfect (not far from downtown but far enough to avoid some of the craziness) and having a small pool to use was also nice. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect for us! We were right on the beach and a 10 minute walk to a bustling shop and food area. It didn't take us over 10minutes to get anywhere! You can wake up in the morning and roll out of bed an onto your balcony or the beach - it was fantastic!

The directions/signage outside of the hotel is a bit confusing. WE got in late at night and had a hard time finding our room because our room number didn't fall into the signage. Luckily, Dominik was a great staff person who patiently walked my family and I over.

Location, Facilities & View for the Room

Staff, Guests and Check Out time… We feel that we were not welcome because we are hispanic people. One of the maintenance staff asked us and did not trusted us that we were staying there. She was so rude and asked us because we were using the pool restrooms. In addition, the check out is too early (10am) for people that is in vacation. Regularly, the check out in other places is at 11am.

This was a great stay with wonderful staff. Our room was clean & there were two sinks to get ready. They were at a great location. There was plenty of room at the pool and the beach. This place was within walking distance from a lot of restaurants & shopping centers. The staff was very welcoming & willing to help with any questions. There was laundry facilities. I would definitely stay here again!

The AC in our room was very loud & our fridge needed to be cleaned.

Enjoyed the beach, the pool and how close the walk was to Flagler Ave. We had a wonderful time.

When we got to the resort, we were told we had to pay $10 per car, per day, to park. This should have been stated on the website as we feel you should allow two cars per family with no extra fee and then add the extra fees for additional cars after that.

Great Location, huge kitchen with full sized refrigerator, 3 bedrooms, size of unit was excellent, oceanfront view, pool area was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would book that room again.

Air conditioner didn't work. Dishwasher didn't work. Broken windows in bedrooms. The tape job didn't hold up to the 30-50mph winds we had for 4 days straight. You couldn't open up that shutter to fix so we had to stuff towels inside to stop the window from constantly banging and possibly breaking even more. Broken window in master as well. Didn't stay up. No beach access from the pool was inconvenient but understandable due to the steps being damaged.
