It was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It's nice that the resort is directly on the beach.

The window in my room was dirty. I do understand that it is tough to keep clean given the beach environment. I also didn't like that Ihad to remove the trash before I checked out., To me that is part of the clean up by your staff to make the room ready for the next guest. Given that the resort is directly on a beach the beach access stairs should be repaired immediately as the beach is one of the reasons people want to stay there.

The staff and the room was great from check in. The bathroom floor was not as clean as I expected. The pool was great, my girls spent most of the day Sat. swimming after the rain stopped. The view was great just didn't have a balcony. My Son passed away 3/2020. Sat 6/17 would have been his 50th Birthday. His granddaughters & I came to celebrate his life and his Birthday. We went to the beach at 7pm with roses in remembrance of his life and our love for him. Very special time for us as New Smyrna Beach was his favorite part of the Worlds Most Famous Beach!

I was hoping for a balcony but this unit did not offer one. I will request one next visit.

We loved how big our suite was. It overlooked the ocean. It was amazing. The pool was so big! It went to 10 ft in depth!!! There was an employee out at the pool playing games with all the kids. It was so cool. They also had a game room. We didn’t get to use it due to us having other plans. But it was there.

The only thing we didn’t like was the master rooms bed was not comfortable. It was springy and felt older. However it was a king, so that was nice. The other beds were so soft!!!! Everyone else slept like babies. After reading a review, we were worried about bed bugs, but we checked thoroughly and the beds actually had super clean covers over the mattresses. The whole place was nice. The very corners in the bathrooms were dusty, but that’s expected when you have a place on the beach.

I loved everything - from walking in and seeing the ocean to the cleanliness of the room, the separation of the bedroom from living room so my teenage daughter could be there with her friend with ease. The kitchen was perfectly clean with utensils, plates, pots, etc. Bed was so comfy, ac/heat worked because it was hot then cold. Staff so helpful, I forgot my key 3 x, pool was great, view was amazing.

I love the oceanfront with nice pool and hot tubs . They also have chairs to use for beach. I like fact they have activities & bingo’s, dogs & burgers and sundae’s. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Elevator went down for two days while there, which they only have two so made for long wait times

We stayed for three nights as part of a three week trip around Florida. This was so much nicer than some of the hotels/motels we stayed in. (We were on a bit of a budget.) It was lovely to have that bit of extra space and the facilities of a kitchen and a dining room table. We stayed in the one-bedroom studio which was perfect for the two of us. The location was fabulous - direct beach access from the hotel. Very close to the shops on Flagler Avenue. This is a quiet location - not many bars nearby but that was perfect for us. There are shops and restaurants very close by. We appreciated the fact that there was a welcome pack with washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing cloths and tea towels provided which was thoughtful.

The room was very very clean,kitchen had everything you could possibly need, view and access to beach was awesome, hot tub was an added bonus.

We were in the room when the front door opened( we did not request housekeeping services) it was a new quest that was given the wrong “key”. front desk person said she read the available room list wrong, did apologize ( not acceptable) the manager offered about the same response. The door leading to “balcony) ( we were on the ground floor ) did not lock

Really cute room that exceeded expectations for the price. Loved the kitchen area, the option of closing off the main bedroom, and the views! Staff was incredibly friendly and personable. Hot tub was large and hot, and pool area was fun!

The bathroom was a bit small and the comforter was a little on the older side, nothing major!

Very happy with the location and value. Ocean front with beach access close by. Resort was clean, with very accessible, friendly staff. Pool area was clean with plenty of towels and chairs. Flagler Ave is within walking distance for breakfast and shopping, but we drove there for dinner.

Bed was a bit small for me. Wife didn't mind it. Disappointed that our room didn't have a balcony. We were hoping that beach chairs would be provided, but didn't really expect they would be.
