Suites were very nice, look like they have been renovated recently. Bed was comfortable. Parking was very convenient. It was nice to have a siting area. Had lots of dining options nearby.

We were very disappointed with the property overall, the pool had been drained, and the outside "recreation area" was not very appealing. There was a nice kitchen, but it was very minimally equipped. I would have expected the kitchen would have had some basics, such as salt and pepper, If we had wanted to cook anything we would have had to go out and purchase everything, which we didn't do for a three day stay. There was no one on site to provide any help. One night we had a problem with the TV (only one) and there was no one to contact. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. For the price we paid, I would have expected a little more!

I love the home feel of having a little cottage type of place. My autistic daughter could have her own bedroom for privacy. I liked being able to communicate with the manager easily on text when I needed to address things with him.

The bed in our bedroom had a broken box spring. It was very loud any time we turned over & not very comfortable. Cable was in and out as well.

Great location. Very reasonable price and is super clean.

The living room furniture was a bit worn and not comfortable.

Second time staying here. The first time we rented a one bedroom it was clean and comfortable. The second time we rented a two bedroom. Again it was clean and comfy we live in town and sometimes just like to stay on the island. We love this place and definitely will stay again. It’s also a great price! Thank you

Check-in was made super easy by the host, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. Communication with her was easy. The property has an excellent location - quick walk to the beach or Publix, 20 min walk to Flagler. It was tidy, quiet, had good AC, and had a pretty well-equipped kitchen, including coffee maker. It was an added bonus to have beach towels provided for our use. Overall, great place to stay!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and it would be nice to have coffee mugs in the kitchen.

Check-in was very smooth. Room was extremely clean. Rooms nicely decorated and they do look like in the pictures. The bathroom is historical Art Deco and in wonderful shape. Location is superb, just across the street from the beach, close to shopping and wonderful restaurants. Kitchen is new and shiny. Parking is great, directly in front of the room. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Pool has a nice size for swimming and is clean. BBQ and outside area great for gathering.

All we could have wished for would have been furniture which is slightly more "back" supporting ... but we are an older couple whose needs are a bit different than most people's ... so really no complaints.

the stay would be rated perfect but the lack of WiFi in the room was very inconvenient. The staff was very apologetic but could not get the provider to address the issue.

Very clean, easy walk to the beach and some restaurants. Cute covered area to grill if you would like. Have a coin washer and dryer. Extra blankets in the closets. Punch key lock to get in. Very friendly when I ran into them in the laundry facilities. There is a clothes line in the back to hang wet beach attire.

These were very small issues- pillows were lumpy and not comfortable. Issues with the toaster, they said they would replace it right away.

clean, and convenient! just a walk across from the beach ! If I had to complain about something, it just needs a little touch up paint on baseboards and paint is peeling on bathroom door, but not a deal breaker! we would definitely stay again! The air conditioner was fantastic and kept the suite good and comfortable and had its own thermostat that we could adjust! you won’t go wrong staying here!

It was quiet and neat. The location was great. We will definitely be back

The couch has seen better days but there was an extra blanket in the closet so I just covered it
