Better furniture for the back porch

My suite was bigger than I expected and was not a where I’d have dishes etc in the kitchen. Loved my balcony with the partial view of the ocean and hearing the water crashing at nite.

Didn’t like that there was no elevator. I like to take my comforts from home and that was a lot to first bring in and then load back up to car.

The proximity to the beach was fantastic! The pool was warm and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Room 305 could use some updates in the living room area, a comfortable couch and chair is required along with new table chairs, ours were very wobbly and we were concerned using them!

My husband and I checked into coastal waters on Wednesday April 26th and checked out on Friday the 28th. Our unit was a one-bedroom and was very clean and cute and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a lot of contact via text messages with management before during and after our stay with exceptional customer service. As there is no lobby with a check in person we did not see anybody in person but still felt like if we had any questions or problems they would be addressed. We had one issue with a tv not working in our bedroom and it was addressed promptly by Tony the maintenance man who was very friendly and efficient and it was taken care of promptly. We had a key for access to the beach which was so convenient. All in all we had a great time. We would give coastal Waters two thumbs up!

The only thing that was hard for us is bringing our luggage up to the third floor without an elevator as we are no spring chickens! But we were so happy to actually arrive at our room to see how nice it was!

I loved the location! The suite was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen had everything you could want/need. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and clear. We loved it!

My only two concerns were that our room was on the third floor with no elevator, and only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to purchase toilet paper, and for the price of the room there should have been extra. Otherwise, the place was great!

We loved the cozy atmosphere and the location is superb and we’ll stay there again in the future. Staff was very accommodating to us and quickly helped us remedy a noise issue. Thank you!!!!

Construction that was noisy, but staff stopped as soon as we mentioned the inconvenience.

Management was absolutely accommodating. We were actually there when hurricane Nicole was hitting the coast and they were genuinely concerned for our safety. When the decision to evacuate was made they immediately contacted us and offered assistance if we needed it. Our stay was too short but I will definitely book here again. Another thing is that it was amazingly clean! As odd as it may seem I am pretty particular about my walking surfaces and wash hard floor areas to be sure they are clean. My wash cloth barely picked up any dirt. ❤️

No rugs for the floors or enough rags to wipe them up after walking the beach and dragging in sand. Luckily I do bring along cleaning cloths.

We were in suite 203. Although there is no lobby or front desk, the number you are given to text for any questions or issues or comments responds very quickly. Our suite was clean, had everything you would need for an extended stay should you choose to cook any meals. The pool area is very nice, the beach is right there. We were fortunate to have an ocean view from our balcony.

Our suite was on the second floor and no elevator. Anyone with mobility issues might want to stay in a ground level unit.

Management promptly addressed any concerns we had. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction! Great location on the beach, close to shopping and good digs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities. We’ll be back
