Nice place overall my wife loved the warm pool. Really close to the beach (side view of beach but good one, you can see 80% of the beach. Close to everything restaurant style and nice beach ocean front, not crowded not a lot of traffic

Couch wouldn’t pull out right (they DID send maintenance but I told them I wasn’t concerned we managed fine 😊) the pool was really warm/hot it may have pumped some of the same water from hot tub bc the hot tub was really hot (hot outside it makes it hotter I know but it was extreme) some might like it that way. Nobody got in it the whole week we were there but us. 😬 loved the place over all this was slight issues for some in a big group my wife loved the warm pool (never seen her get in one before)

Unit 225 - Fantastic beach getaway for 2-3 friends or small family (2 bedroom, 3 beds), great view, perfect location 1/2 hour from Daytona 500 or 1 hour from Kennedy space center. Much better than having to share a hotel room. We could even see a rocket launch in the distance! Very spacious, loved the balcony, view and sound of the surf, the working jacuzzi and pool and full kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, free wi-fi. Staff were friendly and the whole experience was well organized. Really appreciated the "welcome package" that included things like enough detergent and coffee to get us up and running. We like to travel light to avoid checking-in suitcases and appreciated having available washer-dryer facilities.

Thin bed blankets. Don't take this as a negative because it's really not: we experienced one very unusually cold Florida night during which it would have been nice to have thicker blankets available; for the rest of our stay and in any other conditions they are perfectly ok.

We liked the location and the layout of the unit. It's bright and cheerful and provides everything for cooking meals. Although we were in a unit away from the beach, we could still see the ocean. The beautiful beach is right there and we walked it many times over 7 days

We had stayed here before and there was a hot tub and heated pool. Unfortunately we were assigned a unit at a different site. There was a pool which was too cold to use. Also, although it wasn't an issue for us, there were stairs to both the lower units and to the beach.

Being right on the beach was absolutely wonderful. The beach was big, spacious and only really busy on Saturdays. Beautiful view, and breeze on our little deck. I believe the 2nd floor was better than the 1st floor.. with the exception of the end beach front apartments. We also decided that this place was so much better than staying in a high rise apt.. We had our own front door, no elevator or lobby to drag our beach stuff through. The walk way with steps down to the beach was right next to our building. When out on the beach it was easy and quick to run up to the apartment (multiple times a day). The 2/2 apartment was perfect, clean and comfortable, with a TV in each bedroom as well as the living area. Kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything we needed.. dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking pans, wine glasses, etc., etc... even a pizza cutter! Also had a broom and vacuum cleaner. We will definitely go back there. My Daughter & her family loved it as well.. and will be back.

Could have a bigger pool, and hot tub. The water pressure in the showers could be better. Need comforter blankets for the beds, 2 flat sheets and a thin blanket doesn’t keep you that warm when you got the air and ceiling fan on at night especially after swimming or beach and taking a shower after.

I loved the location and the building it was a wonderful experience. I need an extra day and was able to extend my stay with no problem. The cost is great 👍🏾 👌🏾 🙂 and the quality of the apartment was top notch.

The only thing that could use adjustment is the clean towel days. Out of a 4 night 3 day trip we were not there on the days you could put towels out to have clean ones returned. They do have washer and dryer on grounds.

Great location, staff friendly, lots of space in unit--loved the 2 bathrooms!

Living room TV size is small and the sofas are quite far away for the size of TV. AND--our biggest inconvenience and annoyance was the channel listing sheets--it was in numerical order and NOT in alphabetical order--extremely difficult to locate the desired channel--suggest listing alphabetically instead.

on the picture of my room description had a balcony facin the ocean when got there it was not available if you have a room description you should get that room

Nice accommodations, close to beach.

The floors were not clean at all in our unit. They needed to be mopped. The pool was too hot and we didn’t use it because of that which is a shame. It would have been nice after the beach. It seemed like people that weren’t staying at the resort were using the pool. That needs to be addressed by management.

I liked everything. Couldn’t ask for better location or nicer place.

The only thing I could find wrong was the palm trees were rubbing against the window and was waking me up. I brought it to there attention and was informed that the trees were scheduled to be trimmed. The maintenance of the building was impeccable.
