the pools were great and convenient. the room for the most part was great. check in was great. maintenance stood busy. plenty to do with more than one pool. :)

My daughter had an accident in the room with the balcony door. Hinges were broken, so the strong wind made the door slam on my daughter's hand. rushed her to emergency and had it rapped. spoke with Management the next day, and was immediately moved to an upgrade room so that they can service the damaged door. although it ruined my daughters week stay because of the pain, management compensated my family with a two night stay on our request.

Cleanliness and friendly staff . Michelle was amazing . As always ! I have stayed here several times and never disappointed. My room was so clean and presentable . Comfy beds and pillows . Nicely renovated and improvements to the grounds are really nice .

The door that adjoined rooms allowed us to hear every word that was going on in the room next to us. The people staying in room next to us were very loud , stayed up late and woke up early talking loudly whole time which wasn’t hotels fault , but the door is where you could hear everything through .

I absolutely love Perry’s I have stayed here more times than I can count. I only live 30 minutes from Perry’s. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, the bartenders were awesome “CHEERS” had great experience with staff. Anything we needed was brought to up quickly. The view was beautiful. North tower is always my favorite. Rooms are good size 2 queen and a pull out couch, and a full kitchen.

I payed almost $1800 for 5 nights Tuesday-Sunday and to have to pay $10 plus tax per day for a 2nd parking pass when I have NEVER been charged for 2. And the donuts were not fresh they tasted old the 1st 3 days.

the ease of check in was fantastic, as well as check out. unfortunately we were only on the property for about an hour and a half before we had a family emergency and had to rush over to the ER, I packed our belongings and we checked out almost immediately. I was very sad as my better half has wanted to bring me to this property for the last 2 years and we didn't really get to enjoy it.

it was extremely disheartening to see the effects the recent hurricanes had on the property. while we completely understand mother nature, I would have felt more comfortable letting the boys roam had there been more for them to do.

We have been to Perrys many times and we love it! Nice family atmosphere and they are always renovating and upkeeping the facilities! Such a great property, even with the hurricane damage as all the hotels beachside at Daytona have suffered, Perry's still has all their great amenities and fantastic big rooms!! We will continue to back again and again!

Easy access to the beach, centrally located, easy to get to restaurants and shops.I think the renovations are going to be great looking

that there were just 2 tables to sit and relax outside at, no on site restaurant, and that you pay extra for resort fees and there is no resort, the amenities were not as good as in the past. The towels to be blunt sucked and if you're a larger person not big enough

Directly on the beach, indoor or outdoor pool, available pet friendly rooms, very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, any question was answered. Michelle, Mary, Emily at that office could not have been more helpful, 4/8 we checked in and the remote was not working, I believe the young man's name was Donald, he was headed up in the elevator as we were going back up with our luggage and he offered his assistance in moving the cart which was extremely helpful. Our housekeeping staff member, Winsome attended to us with excellent service and the room showed her attention to detail and pride in her position. Brittney checked in with me via texts to make sure our needs were met, her texts, I appreciated her attention. Our doggies loved it, and the property is set up to accommodate the four-legged family members. Thank you We will definitely revisit Perry's when coming to the Daytona Area.

This NOT a deficiency of Perry's, it's a live and learn for us. Our doggies are older, and I would ask for a room closer to the "doggie appointed area" to make it easier on our boys. The only nicks in facilities were due to one elevator being down, and the ice machine on the floor not working. However, we did NOT experience any great wait due to the lack of elevators and there were other ice machines conveniently located. These issues did not mar our visit at all.

We like the hotel overall, as well as all of the amenities unfortunately, the weather the first two days was not great so we were unable to use all of them.

The exterior of the hotel along with the hallways to the rooms, definitely need to be updated in well lit. We arrived in the evening and it was a little unsettling. We felt it could have better breakfast options other than just donuts maybe a few more options.

We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area minus the construction still going on which is understandable.

We didnt like the fact that the morning we were checking out about 9:30 am we were in our room relaxing getting ready and packing up and the maid walked right in said nothing, I yelled we are still in here as she still proceeded to enter the room and I continued to say we are still here and don't need maid service yet, she continued in the room to grab trash still saying nothing seeming annoyed and then just left. I was very upset because this was very intrusive to the end of our visit. Thankfully we were dressed but not happy with this at all. I did express my disappointment to Michelle at the front desk when we left and she agreed with me that this was very unacceptable.

We loved everything about Perry's Ocean resort it was a lovely weekend we was so relaxed the room was clean everything smelled so fresh we got an ocean view it was beautiful and the staff was absolutely tremendous they sent us emails making sure that we didn't need anything and we were enjoying our stay when we go back to Daytona Perry's is where we will always go hands down y'all Rock
