We booked this room last minute. The price was very reasonable for a beachfront resort. It is winter so we didn’t take advantage of the pool and it was just a quick trip, but we were highly impressed in the short time we had there. When we walked in, the lobby smelled so clean and inviting. Our room was also clean and was actually more like an apartment, with a full kitchen. We had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were warm and cheery. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Daytona.

The only thing we don’t love was that the bathroom was quite small, but it was functional and clean.

Great price and location (safe, easy to access other areas by car). Staff was friendly and helpful. The building was clean, well-kept, and nicely decorated. Elevators were quick. Lots of clean pool towels were provided. The pool area was well-maintained and had a great variety of seating options (tables with chairs and umbrellas, loungers, and padded sofa seating). The room was comfortable and clean with a nice view. Coffee and muffins were provided downstairs free of charge in the mornings, even though we had a full kitchen in our room. Free and ample parking.

Some of the lounge chairs were a little worn/stretched out, but it wasn't a big deal.

Barry beautiful building I believe all rooms have a view of the ocean pool was great. Beach was awesome. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Their coffee was excellent in the morning. It was a specialty coffee.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Everything was great. There was nothing. I did not like should’ve brought my good pan because we did a lot of cooking and I’m kind of particular same with a good cutting knife. I usually bring it with me, but I forgot but everything was excellent.❤️ we made our self breakfast every morning and had a couple of great dinners👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 burgers and what not

We loved everything about this place parking was close to the room ocean view was beautiful 😍 we were on the 8th floor room was super clean full kitchen stove worked great the shower was awesome nice water pressure and hot the coffee bar was great wish they had breakfast but holiday inn was a close walk the pool was clean plenty of chairs and super close to the beach..so we will be back soon you can't beat this place for the money staff are all awesome 😀 👍

No breakfast...run down property on each side but I can deal with it for the price and this place is awesome

Great room, comfortable mattress, nice mini kitchen, and a powerful shower! Very nice and quiet. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. We could walk straight to the beach from the pool. We plan to stay again.

The hotel was fine. The photos of the bedroom were in accordance with what was presented in the booking images. The service was first class, and the people were very cordial. I liked the rooms have a kitchen, so it is easy when you travel as a family! You can see that it is not a very new hotel (I can't say it is old either), but that they make an effort to take care of it and maintain it. It has access to the beach, and they bring you towels! The swimming pool is nice, the temperature is perfect! : very nice to December weather. The spa is ok, very nice to December weather. The best: the beach. It was very clean, I really appreciate that. The staff at check-in was wow! Thank you for your kindness! But in general, everybody was very nice! They offer coffee and a muffin, which is very nice to have, but we were able to bring to the table some of the sandwiches we prepared in the kitchen (in the guestroom). We enjoy our time there!!

The Hotel was unique. clean and welcoming rooms with everything you need. despite the rainy weather we had an amazing time on our vacation. we would definitely visit the hotel again. we also thank the kind person from your staff who instantly unlocked only the locked door of our bathroom.

our room was not cleaned once. not a big problem but we were surprised as the hotel looks luxurious and a super clean place, we expected at least once in a 5 day stay that the trash can be emptied or we have clean towels. once we asked for clean towels and they gave us them for which we are grateful. everything else was perfect

The vicinity was amazing. Amazing customer service from front hotel staff. The entire hotel was kept very clean and accommodating for all travelers. There was even an amazing aroma placed at the entrance of the hotel.

I had an African American guy who was working and putting up the umbrellas when dawn was beginning. He told me multiple times to watch my daughter. Even though I was clearly headed towards her, he told my husband the same after speaking to me. It was embarrassing. Maybe tell that worker to be a little more discreet. Especially after seeing me head towards my own kid. After I noticed, she walked away from me. I went straight for her, so I didn't appreciate being told to watch my own kid. Also, the beds are very uncomfortable; they are hard. My husband and I kept tossing and turning all night, getting barely any rest due to how hard the mattresses were.

Great location. The room was a nice size and the kitchen was very convenient. The balcony and the view of the ocean was a real plus. We loved the pool and the direct beach access was perfect for us. The pool was clean and liked that it was open for so many hours. The coffee bar was ok, we made coffee in our room most of the time. Will definitely come back to this place, location was awesome!

Laundry was coin operated. We didn’t have any change and it was usually being used when we would have liked to use it.

Lovely location, clean, friendly staff

For seven days of our stay there was building work being done use Jack hammers and the very noisy equipment. We were not informed of this on arrival. The noise was extreme when in our room and we had no choice other than to stay out all day to avoid this. We did complain to management but they wouldn’t compensate us in any way other than to give us our money back for the remaining days of our holiday if we wanted to check out and find other accommodation
