4th time staying at Max Beach Resort. I keep returning because of the amenities that I think are important to my family. The rooms are large and spacious, whether a 1 or 2 bedroom. Each room has a complete kitchen with most everything you would need to cook a meal. The laundry room is large with full size washer and dryer and sink. The bathrooms are large too. The beds are comfortable. All rooms have a great view of the ocean or city. The balconies are huge. My husband loves the weight room and while he works out, I enjoy my time sitting on the rooftop watching the sunrise over the ocean. My kids love playing pool or checkers in the game room which has an awesome view of the ocean, pier, and city. The Venn Bar has great food and drink. The pool deck is large with a big pool and hot tub. The staff have always been very nice and helpful. Also, the elevators are quick and in working order.

The water pressure could be better in the bathrooms.

The location was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Our room had a full kitchen and laundry room with modern appliances. They have a secure on-site parking garage and one parking spot is included with your room reservation. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The on-site restaurant could be better. The food was underwhelming and overpriced. For this reason, I cannot recommend the restaurant. However, the resort as a whole was so nice that it was easy to overlook this one shortcoming.

The entire property was very clean and had easy access to the pool and beach! The view was to die for from the 10th floor and the elevator was crazy fast. Even though it was visibly busy, considering how close to NASCAR season it was, everyone was very friendly & we have very little to complain about.

The floors would get very slippery when we opened the sliding glass doors (but the resort can not control humidity) and the kitchen did not have hot water (no, we didn’t complain about it until the end because we didn’t want to cook anyways) and the lack of shower doors/curtains in the bathroom was kind of odd to shower and splatter water everywhere (water pressure was GREAT!)

The front desk lady( I believe her name was Linda was so nice and was very helpful, smooth check-in. The lady’s working at The Venn Bar on both shifts were great. The food and drinks were good. I loved that you could get to the balcony from all the rooms. The washer dryer was a definite bonus. The pool and hot tub were awesome and they weren’t crowded. Easy access to the beach. They gave you a waterproof wristband to access your room and the beach very smart. The game room was fun. I didn’t utilize it but the also had a fitness room.

That I didn’t book it longer. But I will be back.

The room was beautiful! I loved the large balcony and the room was very updated and had new appliances. The pool was very nice and even though it was salt water it wasn’t too salty and still felt refreshing. The thin young lady with brown hair was super sweet and made me feel like she was happy to have us there. I also liked that the my cards were inside of a wristband.

We were only given 4 beach towels for 5 people and told we’re weren’t allowed anymore and to wash them in our room. I understand not getting extra towels but they should at least put one towel for each registered guest.

There are many things that I liked about the property. To name a few: secure and safe, Friendly staff, lovely beach location (waves are subtle and no fishy smell), in room washer and dryer, full condo amenities such as kitchen and full refrigerator, separate shower from toilet area,double vanity, and the pool area and jacuzzi WOW so beautiful! And last but not least instead of having a plastic key card, you get a stretchable arm band that controls entry to beach access, and your room. Thus, no losing or forgetting your key. Very smart and convenient.

What I didn’t like about the property was that the pool and jacuzzi area closes at 10pm :’( it would be nice to enjoy whenever is convenient for the guest. Thanks!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I love how they were very communicative with us while we were on the way and very kind to be accommodating as we were coming from a distance. The check-in was very smooth. The hotel is very quiet and clean. I love how the kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots, etc. The rooms were very clean! We had no issues while there the bar food was very good. I love the security of the hotel for example the garage you have to have the hotel band to get in and out the same with anywhere with any entrance of the hotel. I feel like the hotel offered a lot for being small hotel. also, for not having an ocean front view, we were on the right side of the hotel. We still had a beautiful view of the beach! I feel like I got my moneys worth. I would stay here again!

I thought the room was beautiful.. Beds were comfy.. Kitchen was great.... Views were amazing! Everything about room was great..

The parking garage was extremely hot. The pool was too warm. The fridge was impatient.. Lol.. Kept dinging every time it was left open for any length of time... We went shopping and I was trying to put things away.. And it would not stop dinging.(annoying). Condensation on floors when doors were opened was unsafe.. Made floors slippery.. But I guess that's not the fault of the property.. That's just Florida.. Just an observation..

I wasn't there

A best example of how the United States business works with the Internet. It's awful. We were never in this hotel, so I can't say how good it is. I will not put my rating very low. But. This hotel is among those companies(unfortunately typical for the US) that are spamming your mail with automated messages all over, but never actually replying to the real person's message. They are just ignoring it if it comes by the internet. Stop destroying the internet with automated garbage, please! People from other parts of the world are used to communicating on the internet! Yes, they do!

Not sure when this place opened but everything looked brand new. We had a two bed suite with sea and city view. Very spacious room. Excellent facilities with everything you need including your own laundry facilities. Huge balcony with ample seating. Nice pool on site but you are right on the beach which is the main draw here. Parking on site. We had a fabulous breakfast at the on site bar / terrace. Not the cheapest but we agreed one of the nicest meals we had during our visit to the States.

Nothing. A little pricey but worth it.
