The location was great., pool 15 feet from the beach, families that had stayed there before left all their sand toys and floaties and chairs for others to use, unlimited towels, didn’t have to buy anything! Staff was amazing, and kind! & there’s free happy hour at 5 everyday!!! Defiantly a plus!

I wish there would have been more breakfast options, was only pancakes, bagels, fruit, coffee and muffins

I loved the location - the beachfront location was a spectacular view and easy access to the beach. We also loved some of the little touches such as the water refill station and the free sand toys available for kids to borrow. The staff were also exceptional. We had a hiccup with travel plans due to an illness and they were accommodating and did everything they could to help us and make us comfortable while we figured everything out. They even offered us a card to the beach gate so we could still use the beach after we checked out. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast options were strictly continental - no hot breakfast options ie. Scrambled eggs, waffle, etc. Our view was also obstructed by several palm trees, so next time I would ask for a higher room.

The property is amazing! From start to finish! They had a wonder light breakfast option just something nice to get your day started! The pool was heated just the right amount based off the weather out that day! The hot tub was lovely! The staff were very friendly and helpful! My husband had called a day before we were to arrive and asked if had flowers delivered if they could help him by putting them in our room before we got there! And they were extremely helpful in doing so it was just a wonderful surprise! They had a good little happy hour where everyone was welcome to sit around have a few drinks and just get to know each other! They also had soda options for the none drinker or kids if you had them with you! We loved it so much we extended our stay by a day! The private beach access was nice as well! This was over such an amazing stay I will definitely be back to this property!

My only complaint was the bedsheet could fit the beds a little better or have some of those corner hook things as the sheets would pop off the bed a little to easily.

Since our timeshare has been closed down due to the Hurricane we have stayed here and have fallen in love with it here. The staff all of them are great! It is clean, great breakfast options, the pool and hot tub are amazing and the beach access is so nice! Also, the pool towels that are provide have been so nice and I just really enjoy staying here! Oh and they offer legit cribs for free of charge for people traveling and don’t have room for a pack and play.

I can’t complain about anything because it is all wonderful. My kids only wish is there were a tub to take a bath (they don’t really do showers yet)!

We've been here a few times, and we love the ocean views, the staff are great and friendly, easy, comfy beds, spacious room!! We always love coming here! The bathroom is a great size, and I like that the toilet is in it's own corner since there isn't a door and there's an exhaust in there. The lighting is great. Tons of furniture in there. We also got to use the micro crib that the hotel provides, which was so nice. So we didn't have to bring a pack n play for our little boy. The pull out couch worked great for our older two. Plenty of room in the dresser to accommodate our 4 night stay for 3 kids and 2 adults. Good, sturdy balcony furniture. We used plastic clips to hang out towels and swim suits on the balcony, and that helped keep them on the balcony. We loved the 8th floor! (King suite 1 king bed with pull out couch)

I do wish the room floor was cleaned better. It could use a good deep clean on the carpet and tile. More storage. I always say this. There's wasted space about the trash can and space in the bathroom. I would love to see a waffle maker and I'd even pay a little more per night to have some sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, etc. Yum!!! The burners for the kitchenette stove top are in reach of kid hands. I know that's not an easy fix. Our door to the balcony has gotten beaten up from the salty air. It won't shut/latch without the dead bolt.

the pool was closed. it was still being repaired from damage caused by hurricane Ian. you could not get to the beach directly from the hotel property. also due to hurricane Ian. repairs were being done on the pool. the retaking wall is going to take a lot of work. also, while it was not an issue for me, I don’t believe there are enough parking spots if the hotel is full. there is a overflow lot a block away, also for oversized vehicles

Property was BEAUTIFUL!! Very clean and amazing staff. Gorgeous rooms and so many amenities. View is AMAZING!!! Got lucky and was upgraded from an ocean view room to a 2 room suite with a kitchen, another tv, sitting area and another bathroom. It was an amazing surprise for our anniversary weekend and we didn’t even tell anyone what we were there for it was just an upgrade for the perfect occasion. Everything was PERFECT!! And we will definitely be staying here again and again!!! Thank you so much!!

The location is perfect... a great surf school sets up just to the left of the beach side of the hotel. Beach is beautiful and the water is largely clean. The pool is well looked after and ample sunbeds. The ocean side views are beautiful from the room and we were lucky enough to see a thunder storm too. There's plenty if places to eat nearby and a store just up the road. The room size is ample and the facilities very clean, fridge, oven, kitchen utensils extremely clean.

The staff were not the most attentive or engaged particularly on the evening shift. We had frequent visitors in our bathroom. Im unsure what species of bug they were but they were sizeable. They came in through the ceiling vents. We were just unlucky but I think a family of at least 8 or 9 people were in the room next to us and they were crazy loud late and very early in the morning. Running riot in the hallways. The gym... where as I can appreciate the effort is the size of a postage stamp and the Running machine was broken and the air conditioning in there is not sufficient.

This is our second time here, as we liked it so much last year, we had to come back. The location is excellent right on the beach. We love the ocean FRONT rooms that allow us to sit out with our coffee to watch the sunrise and listen to the waves. Area also feels safe & secure with underground as well as above ground parking. Pool & hot tub are great! Love that the pool is heated & warm. Appreciate the small collection of toys for the kids that people leave behind to be used. Rooms are very clean and we love the small kitchen facilities many offer. The breakfast is decent and we especially love the added bonus of a happy hour. Just feels more welcoming and a great touch for vacation.

Some of the staff could’ve been a bit more attentive. Cleaning crew didn’t refill things like coffee or soaps and we had to go down to the front desk to ask for them. Some staff seemed bothered to be there. Overall just a handful, however. Most were great and they made up for the rest.

Bahama House has a policy of only 1- car per room.. Somehow I understood it, our case was a Lil different.. All 3 people were Disabled and 1 in a wheelchair with leg amputation. There General Manager explained there policy, but then out of kindness, she made an employee move her car and had our person park inside Employees parking area.. I felt that Bahama House went out of there way to make our stay a great one.. We had a wonderful time and needless to say the free HAPPY HOUR was a blast . Everyone was having fun.. Thank You GM Bahama House for a wonderful time.. We loved it so much we booked another stay in November and secured it with our deposit.. Thanks again guys an gals..
