The location was great., pool 15 feet from the beach, families that had stayed there before left all their sand toys and floaties and chairs for others to use, unlimited towels, didn’t have to buy anything! Staff was amazing, and kind! & there’s free happy hour at 5 everyday!!! Defiantly a plus!

I wish there would have been more breakfast options, was only pancakes, bagels, fruit, coffee and muffins

the place was nice and clean, friendly great location.

the pool was closed. it was still being repaired from damage caused by hurricane Ian. you could not get to the beach directly from the hotel property. also due to hurricane Ian. repairs were being done on the pool. the retaking wall is going to take a lot of work. also, while it was not an issue for me, I don’t believe there are enough parking spots if the hotel is full. there is a overflow lot a block away, also for oversized vehicles

The property is amazing! From start to finish! They had a wonder light breakfast option just something nice to get your day started! The pool was heated just the right amount based off the weather out that day! The hot tub was lovely! The staff were very friendly and helpful! My husband had called a day before we were to arrive and asked if had flowers delivered if they could help him by putting them in our room before we got there! And they were extremely helpful in doing so it was just a wonderful surprise! They had a good little happy hour where everyone was welcome to sit around have a few drinks and just get to know each other! They also had soda options for the none drinker or kids if you had them with you! We loved it so much we extended our stay by a day! The private beach access was nice as well! This was over such an amazing stay I will definitely be back to this property!

My only complaint was the bedsheet could fit the beds a little better or have some of those corner hook things as the sheets would pop off the bed a little to easily.

I loved the location - the beachfront location was a spectacular view and easy access to the beach. We also loved some of the little touches such as the water refill station and the free sand toys available for kids to borrow. The staff were also exceptional. We had a hiccup with travel plans due to an illness and they were accommodating and did everything they could to help us and make us comfortable while we figured everything out. They even offered us a card to the beach gate so we could still use the beach after we checked out. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast options were strictly continental - no hot breakfast options ie. Scrambled eggs, waffle, etc. Our view was also obstructed by several palm trees, so next time I would ask for a higher room.

Property was BEAUTIFUL!! Very clean and amazing staff. Gorgeous rooms and so many amenities. View is AMAZING!!! Got lucky and was upgraded from an ocean view room to a 2 room suite with a kitchen, another tv, sitting area and another bathroom. It was an amazing surprise for our anniversary weekend and we didn’t even tell anyone what we were there for it was just an upgrade for the perfect occasion. Everything was PERFECT!! And we will definitely be staying here again and again!!! Thank you so much!!

There was not 1 thing I didn’t like except for having to leave. :(

Everthing at the hotel was great with the exception of the staff.

The staff had very bad attitudes. Everytime you spoke to them they acted like you were bothering them.

The pool was heated. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The complementary breakfast was good. Their complementary happy hour had 4 beers and 3 wines to choose from. I enjoyed waking up to a gorgeous sunrise from my balcony. We had a full refrigerator and small kitchen which was amazing Loved being on the beach and walking in the compacted sand. There is a fun bar and restaurant about a mile up the beach, towards the pier. We enjoyed our stay on Daytona Beach and added an extra night here.. we enjoyed going to the light house which is about a 20 mile drive.

When we arrived at the hotel we were upgraded a bit larger room, it worked out perfect for us, because there was a lot more room to move around and jump around for the kids. We got the perfect ocean view and we're greeted with sunrise all the days we stayed there. The pool side was also a great feature that we have used to our advantage. Complimentary Breakfast addition was also a great plus, as we didn't have to get outside breakfast, they even served pancakes. Overall it was a great stay with our family of four.

The parking spots could have been a little bigger in the garage area, but it sufficed for the amount of parking spots in the area.

Right on the beach is always good! Staff were friendly and would try to do anything you asked or needed. Pool and hot tub were very nice!

EVERYTHING at breakfasts is pre-packaged except for the pancakes, but they are made in a pancake machine. The food is good, but nothing is really fresh, local, or delicious. Cocktail hour is a nice thought, but without any munchies (nuts? chips? crackers?) it's just a few people sitting around drinking booze. Didn't like guys smoking cigars at the pool, but without any "No Smoking" signs, no one could say or do anything. Ugh.
