No key to pool or beach the first 15 hours of arrival to unit!🙁needed key to get into pool or walk on beach. Need more furniture to sit on and more furniture for clothes or provide more hangers. I don’t like to live out of a suitcase for a week. Needed an actual kitchen table, not fold up small table. Need to provide enough towels for entire stay. We should not have to wash while on vacation. Bathroom sink backed up the entire stay. Only one roll toilet paper provided for 6 days for only three people not enough.

The hotel it's self was perfect very clean nice staff we have no problems with the hotel. The man worker would clean the elevators daily even cleaned the outside of the elevator. The pools was amazing and all rooms had an ocean view we will stay here again. The lady we rented from was amazing the room was very clean. Had everything we needed. Very nice and good people and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you sea dip for our joyful stay.! The best part of this hotel is the Hot water perfect hot water.

I liked that it was better than expected due to being nervous because of the plethora of negative reviews. Checking in was smooth. The room was cute, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice, hot water unlike some reviews, not enough towels but we did bring our own, we also brought our own sheets for the bed. Kitchen was nice but its unfortunate to notice other guests have not taken good care of some of the appliances etc. It did have an ocean view. It was too cold to enjoy the amenities, the outdoor pool is not heated as listed but the indoor pool was nice;however, it opens late and closes really early. It has a really nice game room but everything is over a dollar to play and only takes quarters but no machine to get cash/coins so we didn't get to play as planned. It is a small room but it is obviously an original resort so that is expected. There are people that live there and keep an eye on you so feels safer than some of the other older lodging. We only stayed two nights and were in town for events so didn't spend a lot of time in the room but would definitely stay again.

Only 2 handicap spots for parking. Elevator broke but thankfully not when we were bringing luggage up or down. Wish pool would open later and that the game room would have a quarter dispenser. One morning it rained hard and water was coming in from the front door and we did not have a mop and didn't want to ruin the towels cleaning it up because floor was pretty dusty/sandy. No broom either.

The view was amazing. We will definitely stay there again. It was a bonus that there was also an indoor pool.

There was a 59.00 cleaning fee but you still had to do up the dishes and take the trash out. So that was slightly frustrating. The room was non smoking which was fine but when you got there they said EXTREMELY NO SMOKING and there would be a 250.00 fine if you did. So if another family member would have been there we would have had a problem. Wish that was more clear from the start. But other than that it was perfect for my daughter and I.

My Studio room 5th floor, unit PH33 was excellent! I really enjoyed my stay at Sea Dip Resort. My Room was super clean and was very modern, the bathroom was very nice with a spacious shower and the balcony had the most beautiful view of the ocean. I also really liked the beach theme of the Studio. The indoor and outdoor pool we're very clean and well taken care of. The people who work at Sea Dip take pride in their work and want to make their guests feel welcome as soon as I walked. They were very knowledgeable and welcoming I would give Sea Dip a five out of five star review. I would definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you..

This is my fourth time staying at Sea Dip. Its definitely my favorite staycation spot, I love the pool table in the game room, I feel there is a relaxed environment and great hospitality. I always find that other guests are fun and easy to interact with. Centrally located but not in the middle of the noise and commotion. There is a gas station (Sonoco) within walking distance, shops and places to snag a bite to eat are also within walking distance. The e-scooters are at the Sunoco gas station and access to the Silver Beach bridge to go to the mainland is at the corner of A1A where the Sonoco is. Sea Dip is frequently booked up, it’s a very chill spot but don’t mistake that as bad. This is an older property, the city is still cleaning up after the hurricane. Beach access from the hotel directly is not available BUT the corner where the gas station is, beach access is available. The pool is very much operational, there is no hot tub but who cares, do you really want a hot tub in the Florida summer? The game room is a lot of fun and there are vending machines in the game room. Michelle, Denise and Austin are your point of contact. A great attitude and a desire to have a relaxing time are all you need to enjoy a stay at the Sea Dip. I’m in the process of making my fifth stay arrangements!

It is located on the beach! It had a beachy vibe and was quiet. I loved opening the balcony door and listening to the waves!

There was no check in office or staff. We got our information from a cleaning staff member. It seemed impersonal.

there were only one toilet paper and wasn't even full there was no enough Pillows the floor was that clean overall was okay because I was going to the bike festival so it was more about just somewhere to sleep not to enjoy the place.

I liked the location, the beach, and the cost was easy on the wallet. It was an excellent stay through the Christmas and New Year Holiday Season.

It would be nice to have a chair to sit in, and tie shoes.
