The location is close to attractions yet far enough away to not have all the noise. The room is as much better than expected. The bed was extremely comfortable. The tile floooring was a great plus. The hotel is right on the beach which was great! It was nice to sit outside the room and just chat with the other vacationers. Just about a 10 minute drive to The Cracked Egg for breakfast! They’re fabulous and not expensive.

The pool and hot tub were not available. They are down for repairs. The beach access is through the office which is only open from 9-9 so if you are on the beach after 9 PM, we needed to use the Holiday Inn access.

The location was perfect the rooms were perfect the beds were really comfortable The view was awesome we had the bottom room we stepped out on our deck and the ocean was right there it was a beautiful scenery wish we just could have stayed longer. The staff was awesome we needed a microwave in our room and they brought us one without hesitation a great place to visit and to enjoy the beach. The girl up front the receptionist was awesome very nice very friendly very helpful went out of her way to make sure we had everything that we needed we will be back next year for vacation.

The pool area the pool did not work but you have an ocean to get in no need for a pool the owners need to finish it to make a deck or something but other than that it was a great stay would recommend it to anybody.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful! I messages them about by special requests right after booking and they replied immediately and were very accommodating. We had a King room on the 2nd floor with an oceanfront balcony. The view was amazing and and made this hotel feel like a great value. This is a smaller motel, only 2 stories, but I love the smaller feel compared to the big resorts. Very chill beachy vibe. There is access to the beach directly from the hotel, which is great, although still being repaired from the hurricanes, so it may be difficult for those with limitations or disabilities, although you can still also access the beach from the hotels next door.. The pool is currently closed as on June 2025, but that was okay since the beach is right there. The rooms were clean and comfortable and and I love that they come with a large refrigerator, coffee maker and kitchen. The water in the shower gets very hot and its great! The lobby and beach access through the hotel is open from 9am to 9pm. I felt very welcomed here and would definitely stay again!

Me and my husband did a spontaneous weekend getaway and this was perfect budget friendly option with still good value... Was right on beach even though we chose to not get room with view still could see the beach from window like a side view, but next time would definitely choose a room with balcony, bed was comfy, staff was quick to give fresh towels. Location was close to everything... and had dishes which came in handy f9r what we thought we wouldn't need... we just walked the strip. Would come back!!

My fiancée and I booked a ocean view room here at beach house inn but due to some issues with the rooms we were looking for we were not able to stay in the room but we were upgraded to a luxury suite with no extra charge at all! The staff here in this place were very understanding of what we were looking for and very helpful when it came to the small inconveniences that were placed in front of us. Check in time was at 4pm, we did arrive way earlier and they managed to get us check in around 2 pm even after everything that was going on with the different rooms. We will definitely be returning to beach house inn in the feature!

The property is under contruction, particularly the pool area and front desk areas. The staff was friendly, they even had a cook out one of the days, I didn't attend as I don't eat meat, but it was a nice thing to do. The bed and linens were great, comfortable. Towels were good, and the bathroom was clean.

The parking lots and outside of the room areas could be kept cleaner. Cigerette butts, trash etc. I understand they are under construction but a coat of paint and pressure washer could dramatically improve the outside areas.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the location was awesome. We stayed during a very busy time in Daytona, being the 4th of July, but it was so quiet in our room each night and had plenty of room to go down to the beach. We stayed in a king sea view room and loved the little patio to sit outside and see the fireworks. It was a very short commute to the boardwalk attractions. We had the time of our lives. We definitely will be staying here again
