The view was awesome! Location was great. The condo was nice, clean, and quiet.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, but the shower could use a hand grip for older people to grab onto when getting into the bathtub to take a shower for stability issues.

This place was awesome! I extended my stay! The condo was adorable, and pretty much everything I needed was there. it was a great place to stay, when going to the speedway. If you’re in the infield, and have to go out the back tunnel, it saves you a lot of time. Kids are welcome, though I didn’t take mine. it’s clear from the sand toys, boogie boards, and noodles, that it’s not a problem. if you’re stuck on it rainy day, there are games stocked. The kitchen is small but it works, and I’m a single mom who looks for stuff like that. The air fryer was a nice bonus, and my boyfriend really appreciated that the Kuerig wasn’t single serve. There were also two pools, one heated. I was able to easily contact the owner with any questions, and she asked for suggestions. Most just want a good review and aren’t interested in anything else. That’s not the case here! She wants it to be enjoyable!

i wished there was a hot tub on the property. It would have been nice, after a day in the sun at the speedway.but, the owner doesn’t control that. I do wish there were blackout curtains, rather than just blinds, to keep it darker in the morning sun. I love the blinds during the day, but I’m not a morning person, so seeing sunrise isn’t something I want. I understand why not on curtains. But I’m a Floridian, and don’t want to wake up to sunrise. My boyfriend wanted me to mention that there needs to be a bigger trash can, because the dumpsters are always full. I would not bring my kids with a partner, because its a studio. No privacy for couples with kids. But, that’s obvious from the pictures.

I liked the simplicity of the space as well as the location being so close to the beach. The kitchen was practical and useful, and the bathroom provided the minimum needed. Also appreciated was the goody bag and water bottles that the host left for us to enjoy. The host (Jayne) was very friendly, communicative, and was very happy to help throughout the stay!

It was a little tricky to find the exact area/location of the unit. Some of the appliances were a little difficult to figure out (especially the stove top); especially considering when 2 somewhat techy-knowledgeable people couldn't get it working at first. Some handles in the bathroom were starting to come off the wall (possibly construction-related issues). Also, didn't go into pool as it didn't feel heated (with using hand-touch test) and with the wind (that night) it was kind of chilly.

The room was small and extremely comfortable and really convenient for a quick stay

Checking in I spent a lot of time trying to find the apartment number and I had to call to find out what my apartment number was and then I went to go in the pool and it was dark and I did not see the other pool to the left

The property was taken care of very well. The beach view was beautiful!
