We are a young couple with younger children (7yr & 2yrs) we were on the ocean view side next to the restaurant the noise didn’t bother us or the kids however someone looking for something a little less chaotic and quiet I would recommend requesting the other side of the hotel. Hotel is in the no drive area of the beach which was phenomenal!!! Pool was clean and pool deck chairs were functional

Breakfast wasn’t the best. The elevator situation was horrible they have two elevators with 8 floors and sometimes we stood there waiting for 10+ min. The employee at the desk was working their tail off but they definitely could use more than one person up there. I waited for 20+min to get plates after ordering pizza because so many were coming in to check in. The bar had BOGO on drinks and the drinks were good but could not mix and match which was wild to me.

Excellent experience! We stayed on the fifth floor in a 2-queen room overlooking the ocean. It had an amazing view and we even saw dolphins in the water the morning we were checking out. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is what we would expect for a Choice brand hotel. We did not swim in the pool, because the beach was just outside the front steps. The laundry facilities have a tap-pay option - no quarters needed. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely stay again if the opportunity came up.

I'm not a fan of elevators, so it may be my bias - the elevators creaked oddly and I didn't feel safe riding them. The county also had a power outage during our stay - about an hour or so long - and something must have triggered the elevators. I wasn't going to use them anyway, but we met another guest on the stairs and he said he was in it after the power was restored and it had a hard drop and then wasn't responding to the buttons. He wasn't riding them again. He looked pretty shook up.

When we checked in the lady at the front desk was absolutely great to work with and got us in our room in good timing. Always love to come to Comfort Inn and Suites each year. You do not have to drive anywhere. The Ocean Deck is next door, a few other restaurants that you can walk to on the beach, also Joe's Crab Shack on the pier. Just always a great stay. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast every day.

If the breakfast would take turns with the corn beef hash and biscuit and gravy maybe rotate it every other day along with the smoked sausage and tator tots. But it was all good.

Room was very nice, I loved the option of having a kitchen with full size fridge at a hotel. Loved the big window over the kitchen table, had a great view of the ocean. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. My kids loved the waffles, fruit and yogurt. Bar had a good drink menu, my husband had one and said it was delicious. Walking distance to boardwalk/pier.

The foot sprayer didn’t work to spray off feet after going to the beach. Pool was never vacuumed during our 4 night stay it was full of sand. Elevators are tiny, not very convenient for arrival, departure or even beach wagon. Parking Saturday night was TERRIBLE!!

I really enjoy the fact that the moment I arrived, we were taking care we what's on second. anniversary. The staff was really great and you can best believe. We will be back next year. And this time we're gonna bring the whole family. I really enjoy staying at your? hotel. I have already informed all of my friends that that hotel was the best. This was my second time down in Florida. But my first time staying at your hotel but believe me. It will not be my last time there. We will see you soon. Thank you so much. Especially the guys who park my car and the ladies and men who worked the desk and the housekeeping staff housekeeper all were respectful. You will get a 10 in my book.

I liked having an oceanfront view and that you could walk along to go to other establishments for entertainment. The pool was a good size. If you didn't want to sit inside, there was an uncovered outside area you could sit out in to eat breakfast or just to relax. The breakfast was great. The biscuits were everything! The pancakes were good as well. They never ran out of breakfast food. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice for the most part.

The night before we left they ran out of towels and washcloths. Theysaidhousekeepingwouldarrivethe next morning. That was disheartening becausewe had been outside in the heat all day and just wanted to take showers. The front desk did find a few to towels and wash cloths to give to us after looking around the hotel. I appreciated their efforts. You can tell the staff were embarrassed. The parking lot was super small for the number of guests the hotel could accommodate. When we returned from dinner around 9 pm the parking lot attendant pretty much had to make a parking spot for us to park in. We had two separate vehicles. He was super friendly and sociable. I for his name but I believe he was from Jamaica.

Easy access to the beach The continental breakfast was a full breakfast lots of choices. The staff was really friendly and there was a restaurant located right next-door. There is a a Polynesian buffet dinner. All you can eat with dancing and a fire show a short driving distance from the hotel. There was plenty of free parking. Well worth the money.

I wasn’t aware you had to pay $20 a day for parking and you couldn’t park your own car and you had to tip the nice guys to go get your car or park it in a very short distance they suggested seven dollars each time. If you get a partial ocean view, it will be located over the restaurant that stays up into the early morning each night there was a drunken fight in the parking lot and loud music. Also, I was told the elevators break a lot and each day they were shut down and we had to take the stairs just be aware.

The lady at the front desk Jenna was amazing. She helped me make sure we had rooms that connected and She was very polite.. She went up and beyond to help us in every way . The rooms was nice and clean. Loved being able to look at the beach from balcony. Breakfast was nice. Valet was friendly and polite. And the people that worked around the hotel were very nice they held the door open couple times for us when we would go to the pool very nice and very sweet and welcoming. I would recommend them .

The only thing we had a problem with Is the deadbolt wouldnt lock it was put in unevenly so the deadbolt couldn't get into the hole because it wasn't lined up properly. But we just dealt with it and used the latch bc we didn't wanna change rooms..

The location is awesome, rooms were very nice and comfortable. The pool and oceanfront room is why I booked. The staff were tentative, professional, and personable. Thank you to the new girl hired for parking and front desk rep Nicole Hayes. Staff was great. See you next year.

The hot food could have been better, but some people like that and I’m sure they loved it. lol I was just there for the coffee really, and it was delish by the way. The Shower had hardly any pressure. Just took a little longer to rinse shampoo from your hair. Bathroom was clean and had fresh linens.

Stayed at this property years ago for bike week and it was hot as in the a/c wasn’t even running in lobby or hallways and breakfast was non existent. This stay was absolutely the opposite, very comfortable temperature, staff was amazing and delightful. Breakfast was the same as most hotels but it was fresh and hot and clean. Will stay here again soon

Maybe whole front of property parking for motorcycles, cars parked here there and everywhere. Not enough designated motorcycle parking in my opinion.
