Beach property was very nice and easy to access from multiple points. The hotel is very beautiful and very big. Our room was spacious and clean

Everything was very expensive which is understood as a Hilton stay, but self parking yourself for $30+ a night not on property but in the lot across the street with a very long crosswalk light and unsafe intersection to begin with was pretty ridiculous to start. Valet is available but filled up very quickly. The room fee hold is expected but $75 a night. WiFi is not included free with your stay which is crazy to me. They push being a Hilton member to receive benefits but shouldn’t be required for something as little as wifi. It’s the Hilton!

We only stayed one night, but everything was great. The valets were quick, and check-in associates were welcoming and accommodating. We arrived early and were offered an upgrade or to hold our luggage. I chose the upgrade to an oceanside room and am glad I did. The view and ocean sounds were spectacular. We had a double queen room with a mini fridge and coffee maker. The rooms are spacious yet a little dated, but overall, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and clean. They have feather pillows, so we requested different ones, and they quickly sent them up. There is off-site parking just across the street or valet parking. Lots of places within walking distance. Overall, it was a wonderful short stay and would definitely stay again.

Good location and ocean front room was great

Bar man was bad. When he gave me my cocktail. He did see something in my drink but later while drinking I realized it was hair. But he knew it but he didn’t throw it and gave it to me knowingly and I had tipped him 5$ for a drink which costed 20$. But still he didn’t had the heart to give me a good drink. I also purchased breakfast paying extra money and my wife was sick but they didn’t allow me to take breakfast to my room in a to-go box for my sick wife. They told me to take only fruits. I was shocked to hear this from Hilton. I tipped 20$ to the waitress and 10$ for the omlette man who were good.

The view!! The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Restaurants within walking distance. Valet parking was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel does get really busy when there is a dance competition going on so make sure you don’t book during that.

No easy access to the beach. All the stairs are gone from the storms so you have to walk way down the boardwalk to get to the beach. Our neighbors kept smoking cigarettes in their room and the smell kept coming to our room. Security would come to the room and tell them we complained and leave.

The hotel and location was great.

This hotel was a good place to stay! However, booking .com was a nightmare to deal with. I attempted to cancel 1 night of my stay 4 days in advance. Booking .com claimed to had called the hotel to see if they would approve a refund. Booking.com said The hotel requested a formal request via email and that this can take up to 24hrs. I would follow up Booking.com and my calls would be getting dropped or the clain that they can't hear me. On arrival to the hotel I spoke with the manager and he insured me that no one contacted the hotel about my reservation. I told him my situation and he was super helpful. He even gave me a business card so I could give his information to Booking.com so I did and they never called the hotel. Thanks Booking.com you cost me my hard earned money.

Absolutely loved the room and the view. It was so beautiful and relaxing. Just what I neefed. Most of the staff were very friendly and acomidating.

Was very disappointed that the elevators were broken. Only one worked most of the time. I got stuck on the 15th floor for several minutes. After they got the door open I walked down 15 flights of stairs. At my age that wasn't easy but i wasn't getting back in that elevator. . I was very shook up and the gentleman behind the front counter in guest services seemed to care less. He did have someone go up and get my things but we not very nice.

Location was great because we were there for the 90's Con Convention which was right across the road so that very handy for the wkend.

The lift situation was a huge problem with so many people staying there over that time with so much happening in the City it became a real nuisance trying to get from A-B with the lifts missing floors & had us all up & down before we could get off. One way to meet people as you're traveling in a lift that doesn't stop. I had to use the stairs to run down from the 10th floor but there was no way I was going to walk up them. Also the TV remote had to be replaced twice because the batteries were all flat.

I loved the location. Right on the beach next to the boardwalk and pier. The staff was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel property was clean, and the restaurants were good. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There are plenty of options to eat and shop at on the boardwalk or north tower side. I loved listening to the bands that played there. They were very good. I never heard a bad band play during my stay. Loved the fireworks shot off right on the pier for 4th of July.

There is no microwave in the room. You have to pay for parking when other hotels offer free parking. For example, holiday inn that's right up the road on the beach. Offers free parking. Pool seating is very limited. Seems like the pool area/design could be better thought out. Only one beach access to the beach even though there are two towers north and south. The only way to get on the beach was one stairway on the south tower side across from the pool. I stayed in the north tower.

Front desk manager and agent are excellent. Great customer service skills. They will go beyond to make your stay memorable. At Doc Dales restaurant, where we had dinner Linda was very nice. Brittany was amazing! we even requested her service for breakfast as well, that’s how good she is plus she speaks French. The location is just perfect, amazing, very accessible.

The south tower needs upgrades. Every guests were complaining about the elevator issue; most of the time we had to take the stairs. And most of the time there’s a line to the elevator. They have the 2 elevators working very slowly but there are a total of 4 I don’t know what is wrong with the other 2. The buffet at Doc Bales did not have enough food selection ( breakfast and dinner). Self parking is too expensive. Some pool activities would be nice for the hotel price. Birthday decorations should be available upon request.

The rooms were cozy and neat. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

That the billing is weird. You paid a security deposit for each room, no matter how many you have. We had 4 rooms and had to pay $150, per room of security deposits. Were taken by surprise with that. We had 2 pets, we knew before hand they were an additional charge, but what we didn't know was that it was going to be taken from the security deposit. You expect that to come back and once it's all said and done, that money you thought was coming back, in fact was allotted elsewhere. But they don't tell u that. You either have to ask the right questions or find out afterwards.
