Good value for the money. Very big room and with room service every single day.

Disposable tableware - it is insane the amount of trash everyday at the breakfast.

The room was clean nice spacious smelled good huge smart TV newly remoled bathroom. Bed was extra comfortable. Lots of storage space. The pool was nice and new right beside the pool their were steps that lead right down to the beach. You couldn't be more closer to the beach. Each room had a balcony with table and chairs. All of the back side rooms faced the pool and the beach. The breakfast was good but xould use more items especially sine its marketed as a buffet style breakfast. They charge 7.46 per night for parking but it's worth it.

Carpet in hallways and the overall look of the hall ways..

I've never been to Daytona beach but we wanted to stay on a beach city and travel to the Kennedy Space Center. We chose this hotel for its value and location. It was a great selection. But I must admit to all that this hotel leans toward the older side. When we arrived we were surprised that allot of the hotels that were there before Ian, were demolished. But the good news is, the beaches were pristine and lifeguards are always on duty during the day. Breakfast was a nice touch at the hotel and the staff....well they were amazing!! Close to the Hard Rock Hotel where they offer surf lessons. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully next time, Daytona Beach will spring back to life.OHHHH One more thing!!!....they have maid servIce EVERYDAY AT NO CHARGE. SO LEAVE A NICE TIP FOR YOUR HOUSEKEEPER!!!

No the hotel is not new and could use a little updating BUT..Customer service was great Lisa was very nice and helpful. The Location was great also. We was in walking distance to everything. We had a Ocean view/ pool view room which I loved! .Decent room and decent price you can't beat that! ...

My only issue is . The elevator is small and hot! Also the water pressure in the shower wasn't that great.

Great location for bike week. Reasonable value bearing in mind all prices are high during bike week. Would stay here again as has everything we needed.

Literally just would have liked our room hoovered on the one day we asked for it to be made up. We stayed 5 nights and only asked for one day to have a service. Also needed to replace on of the big towels but no big deal at all.

Very Courteous staff members, Great location for many events

I did not like that they locked the gate down to the Ocean and into the pool area way too early while other hotels are open you cannot gain access after 730 at night and cannot get into the pool till 7:30 in the morning or down to the ocean without walking around the whole hotel. I feel there needs to be a change in the time, most hotels, either pool open till 10 PM and you can get down to the ocean via access pool area Before 7:30 AM

Right on the beach, pool was clean, rooms are decent sized and bathrooms too. Overall it was a good stay.

Bathrooms need a little more attention to cleaning, hair everywhere and drain in the shower was clogged.. Also the water gets very hot!!! Don’t let kids just turn it on, definitely check it! They need to adjust that to prevent scolding! There were some sort of construction on the lot to the left and had construction diggers on the beach on our last two mornings.

Our room upgrade was great! Very cozy and comfortable.

1st breakfast, the omelet eggs were hard. 2nd breakfast was at 920 am, there was no more meat product, no more bread, no more knives and very little eggs left, and more guests were coming in to eat. I asked the employee if they were going to bring more, and she said no they were out of everything including knives. This was the biggest disappointment of our stay, everything else was great. During a weekend event in Daytona, you would think a hotel would be better prepared.

Pool was very clean, I appreciate that it had a deep end. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. My room was very clean, I feel like it was a good breakfast to be included in the cost of staying. Location was fantastic!

Parking can be challenge when people don’t follow the rules (but that’s not on the hotel).

We stayed during Hurricane Milton. 3 nights pretty much indoor. It was difficult time because of the Hurricane But we have to salute Liza at the reception and Bobby (who is all over the place) for making our stay comfortable and less stressfull. Thank you both for your service، and a special thanks to Bobby for finding my car number plate which got blown of by the Hurricane and was lost somewhere.

All was good, despite the Hurricane.
