The Hampton was super clean - I mean spotless, thanks to a great staff! Breakfast was abundant, varied, great! The staff was the greatest! Some minor disruption from construction, but that should be finished by end of October/early November - but not a big deal. The Tikki bar was a great place for drinks and food - with great people behind the bar!!

The wi-fi connectivity was not great; had to log in every day, I suspect to motivate to go from free to 4.95/day. There could be a better policy regarding private music by the pool. Some guest thought it was great to set up their own loud music, disregarding other guests.

Staff was sooo nice the ladies that work around the building inside were all so nice to our children always smiling. Pool was always warm and open late Room was large and comfortable, balcony was awesome, although door was very heavy to open it kept all sound from bar and music outside out total silence when closed. Beds were ok not the softest but no issues sleeping LOCATION WAS AMAZING, immediate access to beach, 5 mins to gift shops, 10 mins to the boardwalk. Waffles and bacon were good! Loved that they had security that was around every night

The women that work outside in the tiki bar were kind of rude and standoff-ish and stopped right in the middle of making our drinks to eat and drink. Eggs at breakfast were not good but the waffles were delicious and they had a great selection for the kids Toilet took a few tries to flush and shower kept loosing pressure every few minutes Still damage from hurricane, but it did not affect our stay photos are just alittle different than what it looks like now

The person in charge of breakfast overheard me say it was my birthday and she brought a muffin with a lit candle to my table and I was totally surprised. Ahe has he entire room singing! It was very meaningful!!! Also, every question I asked any employee they went above and beyond to assist!! I will stay there again!!

I enjoyed the location, the beach and pool were so relaxing. I had a beachfront room and it was such a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options. I also enjoyed the Tiki bar on site.

I didn’t like that as a hotel guest I had to pay to park my car on the property but someone that is visiting the bar that is on the hotel property can just park anywhere and not pay.

The service at the tiki bar could have been better. My husband and I tried to get drinks because we were celebrating our first anniversary. There were only two people working the bar and there were tons of people waiting to be served. We did not get our drinks because we got tired of waiting.

LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION. I smelled bleach as soon as I walked in the room. The view was AMAZING!!!

I’ve worked in the hotel world for over 10+ years (almost 10 years ago) and one of the first things I learned was 10 or 15/5 rule. Basically you acknowledge the guest’s presence that are within so many feet and you speak if the guest is close. I didn’t get that at this hotel. My children and I walked to the lobby to get breakfast and I felt like we were just stared at from the people working the desk. The room was clean. There were random strains on hair like in the corners of the bathroom and stuck to the floor. Those can be a nuisance. Lint rollers. After the floor is clean, use lint rollers to get them up. Trust those will help during inspection time.

The front desk attendant noticed i had t kids with me and upgraded to the last available suite.

The front desk attendant walked out and took a pic of my car as I pulled out as she was expecting me not to pay a tiki charge. I'm in a new suburban and had 5 kids with me. She created me like a criminal. I was appalled and my children were upset about her behavior as was I.

Very clean, convenient location and easily accessible. Staff was amazing! Went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Half of the parking lot was blocked off due to renovation of the parking lot from the hurricane damage so we had to park across the street and walk over. BUT it wasn’t that bad and it was something that had to be done. Understandable! If that’s the worst thing to deal with then it’s a win win.

We loved everything! We decided to stay another night and it was easy to accommodate. Staff is super friendly, facilities and local are great! We would definitely come back.

Could be cleaner. I found some dirty hair in the room and it was a turn off.
